Installment number 39 of "Hot Summer Bods in Women's Sports & Fitness" is all about the ladies who are showing us that a fit life is a good life. With less than a week left in August we stay hot, honoring some of the greatest women alive.

Brittany Lucio

This former high school hooper, now actress is covering a lot of ground in entertainment. Brittany Lucio is an actress as well as a model. She's been seen in Nike print ads and commercials. She has also appeared in the show "A House Divided," as the character Marina.

While she has so much fun in the world of sports and entertainment, she also uses her platform to discuss social causes like the Black Lives Matter movement. "This is not a time to be silent," Lucio said. "We did that already. It didn't work. I encourage you to continue posting all the negatives and all the positives during this time, to show a light on what's going on."

Qimmah Russo

Before Qimmah Russo became a fitness superstar on social media, she was a college basketball player. During the 2014-15 season, she averaged 13 points per game. She had five games where she scored at least 20 points for College of the Canyons that year.

These days she motivates and entertains her over 1.6 million followers on Instagram with her amazing charisma and physique. She also inspires her followers with positive messages. "What happened yesterday, what happened a week ago and what's going to possibly happen in a week or tomorrow, has nothing to do with this moment," Russo tells viewers on IGTV.

Deanna Lorea

The description that Deanna Lorea's Instagram page reads, "Helping women get their mojo back." Her "30-day Tone-n-Tighten Challenge" looks like it is doing wonders as she has the physique that many women dream of having. Her workouts on IGTV entitled "Full Body Blast," Burn-da-Booty and her "My Transformation Journey" show her near 30,000 followers how she's gotten to where she is today.

Her 139,000 followers on Instagram
