It fights harmful organisms by damaging cell membranes and treating bacterial fungal skin conditions, preventing infection, and promoting healing thanks to its anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties.

If you’ve ever wondered why the smell of Vicks VapoRub has such a strong smell, it’s all because of the eucalyptus plant. Belonging to the Australian-native tree family eucalyptus oil is typically made from leaves of the Eucalyptus Salic folia and Eucalyptus globulus species.

Traditionally, eucalyptus was used to treat pain and improve respiratory conditions. Today, eucalyptus oil is used everywhere, from healing ointments to cleaning products. Eucalyptus is mainly known for treating respiratory problems, which is why it’s a key ingredient in Vicks VapoRub. A natural sore throat remedy, eucalyptus aids preventing coughs and in helping you sleep better when you’re feeling congested and unable to breathe.

CLOVE OIL :

Clove oil is derived from clove trees and is an essential oil.

The clove tree, Syzygium aromaticum, is native to Southeast Asia, but it can now be found growing in other parts of the world.

Clove oil is made from the dried flower buds of the clove tree, which are distilled. Other tree parts, such as the stem and leaves, may be used as well.

Clove oil, which has a strong, spicy aroma and ranges in colour from colourless to light yellow, has been used for centuries in a variety of applications.

We'll look at the potential benefits of this oil and how you can use it at home in this article.

Black sesame seeds

Small, flat, oily seeds that grow in the fruit pods of the Sesamum indicum plant, which has been cultivated for thousands of years, are known as black sesame seeds.

Black, brown, tan, grey, gold, and white sesame seeds are among the many colours available.

Although black sesame seeds are primarily produced in Asia, they are quickly gaining worldwide popularity.

This rise in popularity could be attributed to the belief that black sesame seeds are healthier. Black sesame seeds are particularly high in macrominerals and trace minerals. Trace minerals are only required in small amounts by the body, whereas macrominerals are required in larger amounts.

Almond Oil :

Almonds are a filling snack with a slew of health benefits.

The edible seeds of the Prunus dulcis tree, also known as the almond tree, are known as almonds.

Almonds are the seeds found at the centre of the almond fruit, which resembles a

peach.

Almonds can be eaten whole, ground into flour, or even used to make non-dairy milk.

They're high in fat, so they're an excellent source of oil.

Sweet almonds are the most common variety, and they're used to make foods, oils, and cosmetics.

Meanwhile, bitter almonds are thought to have medicinal properties, though improper processing can make them toxic.

Furthermore, they aren't widely available.

Lemon Oil:

You’re probably already aware of the benefits of lemon (or scientifically, “Citrus lemon”) itself, as the citrus acts as a great detoxifying agent for your body .Native to Asia, lemon plants were brought to Europe around 200 A.D.In America, English sailors would clean themselves with the lemons to prevent scurvy with lemons and bacterial infections.

Like the fruit itself, lemon oil helps protect your body from toxins, boost energy levels, and fight anaemia. Believe it or not, the oil comes from cold-pressing the lemon peel, not the fruit.

Thanks to its antioxidants, lemon oil nourishes and purifies the skin, and acts as a natural disinfectant, as it can also be used as a teeth whitener, household cleaner and laundry freshener aside from its health benefits.
