Some we need to recognize is that most of us live in a state of mind. You see, when we are born, we are born with anger, fear and love. These are our fundamental emotions that we have as a human being, that which if not taught how to control or understand these, and that is when we have adults react to situations rather than a response. We can not get mad at the individual that reacts out of emotion, for which it is just a lack of knowledge upon their own emotion. When we have fear as our foundational emotion, you’ll see individuals shy, quiet, or completely introverted. Being introverted is a toss up yes, but to the individual that does not have the awareness of their own emotion. This is a severe case of fear. This individual has experienced everything that consistently built upon this brick. This is where the fear of abandonment, loss, financial, physical, people pleasing. Almost everything emotion that is opposite of self-care can be tied to fear being at the root of our problems.

We are born into this world so much fear, the way we release that fear as a newborn is to cry. As the parent tends to their newborn, usually the newborn is greeted with anger, irritation, annoyance and its all because we ourselves are tired and lack the mental discipline to greet our child with love. So, when the newborn is greeted with anger, they are already being conditioned to stay afraid. That parent is sub consciously setting up their own child for self-destruction. If the parent greets the newborn like this every time, usually that is a great sign that is how the newborn will be raised. Typically speaking, this is one parent that has this trait to their children. We do have cases when both parents raise their children with anger, which is just twice as bad. With these individuals, I pray that they find the awareness of their inner beauty. Because they are worth it. We all deserve love and happiness, from our inner world to our outer world. We live in the constant state of fear, just observe how fear is spread among us.

If we really think about it, we have lived in fear as long ass history has been recorded. But, what one will also notice is that over time other individuals capitalize off this emotion. From speaking, making announcements in a public place. Think of the 1500’s when you would have someone on the street yelling of what the devil is trying to do, or that we don’t have enough food for the winter etc. As well fast forward a little more time, the newspaper. The intention behind this invention was to spread word quicker yes but also a way to spread positivity. What we did is spread fear through them. Have you notice how much fear and sadness is really in the newspaper? Way more than I thought truthfully. Now speed up time a smidge, and we have electronics i.e., radio and t.v. This is the start of social media spreading fear to the common person. Just sit and observe how much fear and anger is social media and compare that to love being spread along the same platforms. Normally when one is operating of the foundational emotion of fear, that is just not believing in themselves along with a higher power. Whoever you may think, this is a test of our belief and faith upon that higher power. And if we have fear, its typically a sign that the individual has never truly felt love or experienced it. Embrace love, joy and happiness daily. So mote to be.
