Bio
I like to write based on my personal experiences. It helps me clear my mind. We all go through things in life. Good things. Not so good things. My experiences might also help other people with things that they might be going through.

LIVING DAIRY FREE
A couple of years ago, I realized that I was having a sensitivity to dairy. I had never noticed this sensitivity before. But also, a couple of years ago I had COVID. Is there a correlation between the 2? I have no idea. But this post is not about my having COVID (I do plan to write a post about that though). This post is merely about me becoming dairy free.

PRODUCT REVIEW #4
(Disclaimer – these are strictly just my opinions on the products) Hello. And welcome to part 4 of my review. Today I will review the Scentsy body line. There are (seven) 7 products in Scentsy body: body cream, body wash, fragrance mist, hand cream, hand soap, Scentsy soak, and sugar scrub. I admit I have not yet tried all of them. But for the ones that I have tried: I definitely give them 2 thumbs up. And like everything that I have told you about in my prior posts, they smell fabulous. I will tell you about each one.

PRODUCT REVIEW #2
(Disclaimer – this product review is just my opinion on the various products) Today I will be telling you about the laundry collection that Scentsy has. I love these products and use them quite regularly (every time I do laundry). The laundry collection consists of the following: laundry liquid, scent soft fabric softener, washer whiffs, dryer disks, and fabric spray.

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ACQUAINTANCES, FRIENDS, FAKE FRIENDS, TRUE FRIENDS
Acquaintances. Friends. Fake friends. True friends. I have few of each. What I have the fewest of are true friends. I can count them all on one hand. And there are those who I thought were true friends who then turned to fake friends, and then acquaintances. And then I eventually had to disassociate myself from them completely because they were toxic people.

WHAT IT’S LIKE TO HAVE “FRIENDS” SET YOU UP FOR FAILURE
I love having friends. I love even more when they are true friends who want to see me succeed. I had a few of them. Or so I thought. A few months ago, I came to the realization that people who I thought would never let me down, did just that. They let me down. Big time let me down.

DON’T READ INTO MY KINDNESS
I need to stop being nice to people. They take my kindness the wrong way. They read too much into my niceness. I want nothing more than to be just acquaintances or friends with people. But they try taking it to the next level. I don’t mind good conversation. I like good conversation. Actual conversation. Not idle chit chat. I don’t have time for idle chit chat. But don’t take conversation as anything more than just that. Conversation. Don’t read into my “hello, how are you?”

JUST SOME THOUGHTS
She knew she wanted more out of life. But she wasn’t sure exactly what it was that she wanted. She is content. She has a job (multiple jobs actually). She has a place to live. She has a car. She has her cat. She always struggles to pay her bills (but she gets them paid). She’s single and she doesn’t have any kids. Many people look down at her because she’s single and has no kids. But she’s learned to not let that bother her. It’s her life and not theirs. If they want to be judgmental about anything then she doesn’t need them in her life anyway. And people are very, very, very judgmental about her.

MY CAT
This is the short version: Some people don’t understand the value of a pet. Some people have never owned a pet. When I was a child, my family had a dog. Her name was Princess. I don’t remember what breed she was, but I remember she was all white. She was a cute dog. I remember we had to have her put down because she had gotten very sick. I remember going to the vet with my father on that day. I remember crying in the parking lot afterwards. It’s so sad to have a pet put down. That was over 30 years ago.

DO WHAT YOU FEEL IS BEST FOR YOU
It’s so easy to get set in your ways. It’s so easy to feel comfortable and content with your life. You have a job (or multiple jobs). You’re making ends meet (even if barely). You have family. You have friends (even if only a few). You’re in familiar surroundings. That’s all great. But have you asked yourself the most important 2 questions? 1 – Have you been putting yourself first? 2 – Are you happy (truly happy)? If you answered “no” to question number 2, then I doubt you had answered “yes” to question number 1. If you’re not truly happy, and if you haven’t been putting yourself first, then read on.
