Positive Affirmations for People Who Use Social Media A Lot
Don't get me wrong, I genuinely believe social media has in many ways been a great thing for mankind. People can share information at the touch of a button like never before, and keep in touch with family and friends in far away corners of the world. Family and friends that, without the availability of social media, they would have completely lost touch with many years ago.

How to Unlock Your Superpowers
You have a greater version of you waiting on the other side of your fear. You have superpowers within you now. Right now as you are reading this. But you may have to exchange something first. Something you have held dear for so long. Perhaps even something you believe you can't live without. What am I speaking of?

Rebounding Our Energy
I'm sure that you have heard of many laws in life. Different laws of nature or spiritual success. You may have even heard of different explanations. Things like Ockham's Razor: the surest explanation is the simplest. Or Murphy's Law that says: if anything can go wrong, it will. The Laws of Gravity, what goes up must come down. There are hundreds of laws to discover and dissect.

Moon magic is surprisingly accessible to people. A lot of it is tuning in to energies that already exist within nature and your body. We just get so caught up in the stresses of daily life that we hardly notice them. By tuning in to these energies, you can create magical results in your daily life.

What 2019 taught me...
I know exactly what you’re thinking...another basic white girl blogging about how she’s going into the new year making all these changes and will “find herself” and get fit, bleh bleh bleh... I totally get it! I would think the exact same things, if I wasn’t the one writing.

The Power of Vulnerability (Life Lessons - Part 18)
The Power of Vulnerability I remember the first time I really put myself out there as an adult. It was actually only a few months ago when I was in New York City for an internship. I stayed there for several months, and I was able to explore and see everything I wanted to see.

2020 Vibes
What are you leaving behind in 2019? As we enter this new decade, I feel a different type of energy coming through. This dope new “I got this” energy. The energy is hard to explain but let me just say I’ve been feeling myself lately. The transition into a new year is a great time for self-reflection and how you want this upcoming year to be different than your last.

Inducing Hypnotic Pain - Is it real?
As I was talking about hypnosis today in the café I had someone approach me and tell me that he doubted hypnosis could be used to induce pain. He said pain like the kind you get when someone says your a douche is not real pain. This is a community challenge for application. How or what you would do with hypnosis to demonstrate this is your challenge. Put yourself in this situation and use apply what you know. Punching the guy in the face is not going to work here. You're goal is to describe what you could do and put those skills to work in a potential application. Don't read any farther until you think this through for yourself and apply your skills to the problem. Good luck!

You Only Think You Want to Be Rich
“Treasure what you have, not what you don’t.” — Dad I’ve always wanted to be wealthy, but I never looked at wealth as an end goal. I looked at doing good work, and raising brows with my writing. I wanted to make a difference and leave the world a better place than the one I entered.
