Leo energy in particular is the ruler of intentions centered around leadership, integrity & personal expression. Leo is the sun-bearer of the zodiac. It encourages us to stand up, take up space, and honor our creative nature.
I wasn’t looking for crazy, radical enlightenment when I first came to the yoga practice. Much to the contrary – I was simply looking for something to occupy my time.
