Something Different
I was in college and finally free from the hell in which I grew up. The safety around me allowed for my brain to finally collapse into itself and instead of being happy and healthy, I was finally allowed to break and my brain took freedom with it. I had a hallucination (which I haven't had in over a decade), had to keep myself away from sharp objects, had to start therapy, couldn't enjoy band anymore, and couldn't handle bullying from a professor. I moved to a different university and everything got so much worse. People actually appreciated me and believed in me, but because I'm still in the wrong mindset, I broke. I swallowed two bottles of sleeping pills in hopes to end myself, it didn't work. I didn't even sleep that well that night. I continued as normal for a couple weeks, but I just couldn't handle the constant feeling of the memories. I couldn't handle actually feeling the sexual and physical abuse. I couldn't handle constantly hearing, like actually hearing the words that were said to me constantly as a child about how stupid, fat, and absolutely ugly I am. I couldn't focus in class anymore. I was constantly in tears and it distracted not only me, but also the other students and some instructors. I couldn't handle the attention and broke again. My fiancee at the time left me because I pushed him so far away. An officer visited my dorm room. I convinced her that I was fine. I sat in my room with a knife in my hand ready to end it and I received a message from someone who hadn't spoken to me in years. I had apologized to him for pushing him away in high school and he said that I shouldn't worry and that neither of us are the same people anymore.

S U P R I S E D I M A L I V E
So apparently you can get paid for telling your stories.. Well there is probably a lot that I cant even put on here to begin, but we can try.. Surely I can keep you on the edge of your seat with internet friendly stories from the shady and unfriendly alleyways of Melbourne city, where the rain glistens on the blue cobblestones.

Trance experiences, hypnotic inductions, and set points
I have been asked over and over again about the best way to deliver amazing trance experiences. It comes down to communication and it doesn't matter if you communicating with a group of one person. The question you want to ask is what do you do for the joy of it? People will happily share with you the many reasons and details that they enjoy about their favorite recreational activities. What they may not realize is they will shift into a trance state as part of their chosen activity. All activities are naturally trance inducing. For example, playing an instrument until you feel like the instrument is playing you and painting until you feel the scene is revealing itself to you. Both share an isomorphic trance where the subconscious becomes more dominant and leads the body through an activity. Recreational activities are desired and experienced by most people, because they are familiar with the trance experience and seek to engage with it again. Engaging with this familiar state of trance is all that's needed to shift into a hypnotic trance.

2020: STEP INTO YOUR AUTHENTIC SELF
Happy 2020, everyone! Your authentic self is calling. Here we are, at the start of an inviting new year and an eager fresh decade at our fingertips! This time of year carries a LOT of pressure around becoming a better version of yourself. “Come on babe!” It feels like everyone is chanting in your ear like an annoying song on repeat – break those bad habits, create new ones, do more of this, do less of this, say yes to more but say no to that, think smarter, wake up earlier, change your attitude, exercise more, eat better, swallow the sun, try sundried mushrooms covered with magical adaptogens and sprinkled with holy coconut flakes … now do it all while shitting glitter. Ok, maybe no one is expecting you to shit glitter… but you get the point.

Are You Enthusiastic Or Overzealous?
In the Big ’80s, I worked as a Page for NBC-TV in Burbank, California. It was a tremendous first professional job, albeit Internship, to have in the entertainment industry. To this day, attaining a position as an NBC Page is considered prestigious initial employment for any college graduate with aspirations to work in show business (do they still call it that?). Not a Page for CBS, ABC, etc., but for NBC…the “Peacock Network.”

Life in the Slow Lane
If you had told me five years ago I would be living life in the slow lane I would have thought you had gone mad. I am a type A personality, always on the go, I would rush from one thing to the next. I would also rush my children, “hurry hurry we have get to here or there.” Until, I got sick, really sick with whooping cough and a string of other viruses of which landed me in bed for nearly twelve months...a whole year!

new year, new goals.
last year was a year that taught me a thing or two. one of the main things that it taught me was that i give myself a lot of excuses and i’ve been a bit lazier than normal and i have nobody to blame but myself. i did a lot of things last year that i probably shouldn’t, but i has to learn. i had to grow and that’s what i plan on doing this year.
