  2. Dhyana Mudra: In this Mudra, both hands are placed on the lap, the right hand resting on the left hand, and the tips of the thumbs are lightly touching. Deep meditation, inner tranquility, and introspection are all related with Dhyana Mudra.
  3. Anjali Mudra: To execute the Anjali mudra, place your palms together in front of your heart with your fingers facing upward. In meditation techniques, it is frequently used as a sign of deference, appreciation, and respect.
  4. Bhairava Mudra: To make this Mudra, cross your left hand over your right hand, palms facing up, and entwine your fingers. During meditation, Bhairava Mudra is claimed to encourage calmness, energy balance, and in-depth reflection.
