Self-Worth

Thoughts?

To me, this is something that has been a major discovery upon my journey. Before, my old idea of self-worth was more narsasstic, arrogant point of view. But, when one starts to bark upon deep rooted shadow work, to find the dark tendencies that they have created on a sun conscious level to either block and or cope with that said event that had happened. After getting down to the very very root of the problem that you created on a conscious level to block your sub conscious, you see self-worth in a different point of view.

Now, the way I am feeling after unplugging something that has been blocked for all my life. This feeling is as strong as the faith in the divine, but within me. And now, instead of seeking others approval and opions, you know your truth and that is all that matters. But we must have to dive down to find our self-worth, that courage, and overall that self love that we all were never taught to give. Especially to ourselves.

Lets break the “self worth” down for a minute. Now what emotions would you say that tie to self worth? Almost every emotion that we have can be tied to our self worth, but when you look at it through shadow work. Those are the emotions i am talking about. The dervance, disgraceful and just feel disgusting with your own body, These have been the common emotions that the common person feels when they think of self worth. The number one was deservance. When that traumatic event comes back and or that individual remembers it, they completely seem to be stripped of it in a blink of an eye. But, these are the times when one must learn compassion upon themselves, to allow those emotions to arise with that event. To feel them, then to let them go, with the loving divine. And eventually, without bottling those emotions back up, you will heal from them.

Shadow work, for those that are unaware. I like to explain it as being your own spiritual surgeon. Because every time you heal a past event, you tend to heal and return, you grow. So with that being said, we must do this process gently and carefully, because we are dealing with our true selfs, not just some “game or wohoo shit” this is truth. Even pscycologist would even say that we must be gentle with our own being. The scientific people of the mind, not spiritual, will even say that this is a delicate process and that it needs to be handled with great care. You talk to a spiritual person, they will say look through the lense of love. Because everything and everyone deserves that unconditional love, no matter the situation that is at hand.

So, remember, when we bark upon the healing journey. Remember what self worth means to you, what it truly means, not how you feel in that moment. Because when you do, youll remember to be compassionate with yourself, and youll remember to give yourself that unconditional love that the situation had zero of. And lastly, remember to give yourself a hug and forgive yourself, and it is more than ok to cry while all this is happening. I mean crying has been proven as the best source of releasing any emotion. It just does not have to be sadness, it can be joy, love and happiness. And the beautiful thing is, we learn to express any emotion in the given situation. But, we learn how to control them and not react but to still feel and express them,
