Compassion

What I have lingering on my mind right now is anger, and how we (humans) tend to react inside of listening and letting our ego sit down so we can think clearly. Yet it seems to not bother most people that they ride there ego out. What is even more frustrating is when parents use their kids as leverage against each other. All that does is hurt the child more than one would even take the time to think. Yet, this is a common practice in divorces which is unacceptable because now you must kid that are being raised in a toxic manner. Again, a repeated cycle of hurt, pain, and self-destruction has been passed down instead of healed.

As I have started this whole divorce process and just moving on from what was toxic in my life, to remove the dark so the light may shine in, the toxicity seems to try to return. Full swing. Even when one is done with it all, that is how much hard it hits that said individual. And, with those that have seen some of their own shadows, know that the pain and trauma that comes up. It is only temporary, that we see the divine light at the end. With that being said, I hope that the individual who embarks on any shadow work, no matter the depth of it. I praise you, you are a brave soul who has choose to heal, to be more authentic then being someone who is not even their true self’s.

Now, one of the major things that we need to learn, especially to ourselves, is compassion. Compassion is something that is not taught to most of us as children in these current days. And we must learn to give something that we have never learned before? So now we have compassion to learn, to heal our shadow selves. But, the question lies, does our shadow self ever end? Or can we, one day eliminate our shadow self and only must deal with the ego? Because the ego would reflect our shadow self-right? And our ego reacts off our shadow self and our higher self-works off the divine? That sounds like a hug possibility. So, with that being said, why is there more work written on only certain aspects of each side? Doesn’t the higher self-have the right to have masculine divinity written about and how it could be applied? Instead of just pointing out toxic masculinity? Then that also goes with the shadow, if we compare our righteous path to our soul and higher self then we should identify the ego with our shadow self.

If we work on our shadow self and transcend that pain and trauma, would we be able to learn how to use our ego to our advantage? In a sense of learning how to carry our pride without being narcissistic? Or learning how to be confident without being arrogant? At that same time, one who is fully confident in themselves are perceived as arrogant, especially to those that either have to much of their own confidence, which is usually the case, or it is because that person has no self-confidence. But now do we have to hide our confidence for other people because they lack it? I believe not, only because then the throat charka is going to slow down and eventually become blocked itself. But what we must learn is how to be confident in a loving, gentle and compassionate manner. Only then we will start to learn more, not only about other but mainly ourselves.

Now the question lies, if it is possible to transcend all your karmic lessons in one life? Or do we have to have many lives of awareness to fully ascend into the higher realms? Because I know that we can visit them on or the ones that have moved to those dimensions, but can we ascend to the same place? If not, why?
