I'm sure you guys clicked on this article thinking that you can transform into a sex-god overnight. However, this takes patience and PRACTICE.
Listening to classical music can make you as relaxed as energetic, as well as being involved in a very emotional state. I love listening to classical music, as well playing the violin. My passion for classical music extend as much as I listen to (new) music and recordings. Why does a musician play the way he or she plays? What feeling(s) do I get? And I can ask myself many more questions, but overall, I love making my own playlist, whether it is on YouTube, Spotify, or any other streaming platform.

Ted Bundy was the first. Or at least, the earliest that I recall. The first serial killer whose biography and legend was downloaded into my brain. There are many others in there now. Jeffrey and Ed are playing checkers on a cloud while Leonard Lake records his next vlog a few metres away.

The Critics Choice Awards will be live on The CW Network on Sunday, January 14th at 6 PM Central time. Chelsea Handler will be the host for the show that will feature the SeeHer Award for the incredible America Ferrara and a Lifetime Achievement Award for Harrison Ford. Barbie leads the Awards nominees with a record 18 Critics Choice nominations but does that mean that Barbie is the favorite to win the big prize?
“These events are terrifying because they occur without warning in the most mundane places. Most of the victims are chosen not for what they have done but because of where they happen to be.”—The Washington Post.
Jeffrey Russell Hall was a plumber and the regional leader of the National Socialist Movement, also known as the Nazi Party, in Riverside, California, United States of America. On May 1, 2011, while sleeping on his couch, his 10-year-old son Joseph Hall shot him to death with his own gun.
In 1957, author Theodore Geisel, known more commonly as “Dr. Seuss,” published a charming little story about a grouchy curmudgeon who hated the season of giving and decides to steal it away from everyone, only to learn that “Christmas doesn’t come from a store.” The book was an obvious criticism of the avarice and greed in the holiday season. The book was animated into a half-hour special, released in 1966 which, believe it or not, some people are not presently aware of its existence. The Grinch is a grumpy persona who lives away from the noise and people in the mountains. I don’t know exactly WHEN I started relating to the Grinch, but I digress. Both the book and short are such a staple of the holiday that, when Hollywood “re-imaginings” were starting to gain popularity, director Ron Howard took a swing at the classic tale, taking over from director Tim Burton, and casting Jim Carrey as the Grinch. There are some who hate this movie and some who love this movie. In the case of the former, the most common element that pops up is the statement: “I don’t like Jim Carrey.” Even if you don’t like him or his zany antics, is he really the biggest problem with this film? Now, I’m going to be fair: I do love this movie. I first saw it in theatres when I was a little kid and, good or bad, it is a staple of my holidays, just as much as the animated short is. That does not mean that this movie is perfect.
Truth -- that seems to be the theme for the films at the Oscars this year. What is truth? Is there such a thing? Can it ever truly be known? (Anatomy of a Fall)… Is it perception? (American Fiction)… Is it fluid, subject to interpretation? (Poor Things)… Is it disputable? (Nyad)… Is it timeless? (Past Lives)… Is it colored by history? (Oppenheimer)… Is it clouded by memory and nostalgia? (The Holdovers)… Is it based on perspective, bent by fame? (Maestro)… Is it subjective, controlled by a narrative or manipulated for personal gain? (May December)… Is it controlled by power? (Barbie)… Does it get rewritten? (Killers of the Flower Moon)… Does it become forgotten or ignored? (The Zone of Interest)… Is it purple? (The Color Purple)… (Okay, I struggled with that last one.)
Our fascination with murder and serial killers has existed for years. With the evolution and popularity of true crime stories in film and television, there's the books to go with it. These non-fiction crime novels tell the detailed true stories of some of the world's most feared and notorious killers. With some of them still on the loose and murders left unsolved, this only raises our suspicions and peaks more interest about these true stories.
This article is dedicated to my family. Introduction As the holiday season approaches, I reminiscence. My collection of memories has become very vivid this time of year.
Leopold was given the opportunity to face criticism from the international community alone for exploitative acts in Africa since Belgium was too small to do so through narrative defense.

It all started in high school. A group of my closest gal pals and I, snickering, circled around a lavish piece of glassware we stole from D's parent's fine China.
Nobody cares about the Oscars, but who cares? The cultural cachet of the Academy Awards dwindles every year, but my fascination holds ever strong. When it eventually becomes a measly TikTok broadcast with 100 viewers, I will love it all the same. Are you annoyed that your favorite big-name blockbusters didn't get invited to the party this year? Good! Go watch the People's Choice Awards. I'll be here by myself, cheering for films you've never heard of, having a grand old time. (Whether the Oscars should be an entertaining show for the largest possible viewing audience, or recognition for true cinematic excellence is a debate for another time.)
Our favorite TV shows and movies and the iconic characters who populate them effectively carry us away on captivating adventures. We connect to them as an audience on many emotional levels. Often, they’re more than mere entertainment or a simple distraction. We grow up watching them as wide eyed kids, discover them in high school or maybe while living off at college. Show casts can feel as if they’re part of our own family. Soon we find that those casts of actors and actresses become a part of our collective pop culture experience, one we share with family and friends. With a TV show and movie franchise as established and beloved as StarTrek, the casting becomes all the more essential and memorable.
Devoted Trekkies may know all there is about Star Trek: The Original Series, but there may be others who will benefit from a bit of trivia. Longtime fans can check their memories and see if they already are aware of what is written here.
Understandably, people have jumped off the Adrien Broner bandwagon. The antics and trouble with the law have been headlining news articles more than his accomplishments in boxing. As a follower of the sport, I’m well aware of this. So you may be asking how someone sees the American fighter coming out of this fight victorious. Well here’s how I see it. For one Pacquiao lately has been a part-time boxer. He’s more politician than fighter. At the end of the day, he’s still human. Balancing two important jobs like this has to take its toll. Sure he’s been winning, but you can only go to the well so many times till it starts to run dry.
2019 is still in its first month and a lot of the chess pieces in the 147 division have been moving. One of the pieces that moved and is on everyone’s radar is Manny Pacquiao who put on a solid performance against a fighter eleven years younger than him. Keith Thurman, the former unified champion, came off of a 2-year layoff. Against a game opponent. A lot of matchups can be made in the following months. I believe Thurman vs Pacquiao is the perfect one to be made for both fighters. One reason is because of Keith’s comeback against the brawler Lopez. The few scary moments of the fight could mean Keith might need to knock off a little more of that ring rust. A 40-year-old veteran like Manny Pacquiao could be the perfect (or dangerous) opponent for that. Second, for Pacquiao, a fighter who doesn’t like to clinch and is offensive minded would make the perfect opponent for his fighting style, especially if ring rust is still there for that opponent’s next fight. It also might be dangerous at this stage of his career. Pacquiao would also get a chance at the real WBA belt. As a fan of the sport, we know that belt he’s belt holding isn’t the top prize of that organization. Keith is the holder of the super title. On paper, the positives outweigh the negatives for both fighters.
In a world shrouded in darkness, the echoes of evil deeds and the desperate cries for justice reverberate through time. This is the story of fifteen individuals who left a trail of terror, each shadowed by their own malevolent deeds, their identities obscured by the cloak of anonymity.
Over the weekend an undisputed boxing match took place, between the best of the middleweight division in women's boxing. Claressa Shields and Christina Hammer. The night ended with the American fighter taking home the belt and title of undisputed. She became the second woman in the sport earning the honor of being called the undisputed champ.
We all give our pets names and they become part of the family. When your dog Groombo or your cat Ally passes on, it’s a terribly sad occasion. Especially when you hold them in your arms while the vet gives the final jab that takes them out of their pain-filled world and puts them to sleep forever. We’ve all been there.
Even though this fight is still years in the making, discussions have been popping up about the potential matchup. I'm here to speak for the Terence Crawford side of the field, and why he can beat the so-called "Boogie Man" of the 147-pound division.
When I made up my mind to become a content writer, I was thrilled! I imagined myself in the shoes of Sidney Sheldon, Enid Blyton and Jeffrey Archer. I was daydreaming of researching, talking to people, understanding what they require and penning it down.
When a game happens in most sports, we don't go in 100% of the time expecting for the same team to win. We hope for a good game. If baseball gave us the Yankees vs Red Sox every year, there wouldn't be as many baseball fans as usual. If basketball gave us the Celtics vs the Lakers every year, only Celtic and Lakers' fans would watch the playoffs. There'd be no point in enjoying that sport. Which brings me to the sport of boxing. For some reason, the casual fan, for years, grew too dependent on "the big fight" to happen, the main example today being Joshua vs Wilder in the heavyweight division. Joshua took a loss to Andy Ruiz. The boxing world and the once-thought-dead division now has a fire lit underneath them; another contender is in the mix. For close to a decade, the only name that mattered was Klitschko. At one point, that name was so big, the biggest fantasy fight in the heavyweight division was Klitschko vs Klitschko. In 2019, top names in the heavyweight division now consist of Wilder, Fury, Ruiz, Joshua, Whyte, Ortiz, Parker, Joyce and rising prospects like Daniel Dubois. For some reason though, the Ruiz win was met with criticism from the casual side. When words like "disgrace" and the continuous body shaming are being used first, instead of looking at the fact that a fighter with over 105 amateur victories just became the first heavyweight champion of his ethnicity, you have to acknowledge the lack of respect and knowledge for the sport that the individual has. Hopefully, this article can get more people to look into the rich history of boxing first, rather than be a cheerleader to only two mainstream names.
When we look through the photo albums of our childhood days; often we are filled with heart-warming emotions as we remember the good times. However, these following childhood photos tell a very different story when they are viewed in a much darker perspective—these are the world’s notorious serial killers in their early years.
Villains are everywhere in film and there are several different types of them and what we're going to cover is who these villains are that make the greatest characters in film history. Let's first go through what a villain is:
Overview Okay! If you have ever coauthored an article with one, two, three, or more people, you certainly looked at the title of this article and said something along the lines of “What the heck?” (or more, if you are alone right now). I know I did when I first heard of the existence of this article - an actual academic article that is accepted right now and will be appearing in an “A” journal (the Journal of Finance) very soon with - checks notes - well over 300 authors!
2004 can be remembered as a year filled with unexpected events and groundbreaking new beginnings. George W. Bush won a second term as the President of the United States, while Saddam Hussein went on trial in Iraq for crimes against humanity. Greece would shock the world by winning the 2004 European Football Championships despite having never won a major international tournament match before this competition. Harvard student Mark Zuckerberg launched TheFacebook, a social networking site which fellow Harvard University students could use to connect with one another. NASA's unmanned Cassini-Huygens spacecraft would arrive at Saturn after a seven-year voyage. Armed robbers would steal several Edvard Munch paintings, including The Scream, from the Munch Museum in Oslo, Norway. . Finally, Taipei 101 would become the tallest building in the world when it opened in Taiwan.
They loved only one other thing more than murder: human flesh. Jeffrey Dahmer himself would shiver in his boots if he ever ran across these special women, whose blood lusts dug far deeper into madness than he could ever even believe. Their reasons and stories are but a small glimpse into convoluted minds that saw a great deal of torment in a wide range of ways.
In this year’s San Diego Comic-Con, Warner Bros. announced its new directive named The Worlds of DC. But what does this mean for fans of the comics and what are the possible future plans for their beloved heroes?
1. Background Paul Greene was born in Wetaskiwin, Alberta, Canada on June 2, 1974. He grew up on a farm where one might think becoming an actor was unrealistic. However, that did not hold Paul back. In fact, he says he learned valuable skills that have helped him later in life.
Some stories follow predictable paths, while others throw us for a loop. Few on-screen endings have shocked viewers as much as director M. Night Shyamalan's 1999 thriller The Sixth Sense. Since audiences first learned that Bruce Willis was one of the dead people Haley Joel Osment was seeing, these surprise endings have continued to enthrall cinephiles and television watchers around the world.
She was found lying on her back at the entrance of a gated stable in Buck’s Row, Whitechapel London at around 3:40 in the morning on August 31, 1888, with her neck cut back to her spine. The car man who discovered her body, Charles Allan Cross, thought she was a discarded tarpaulin. Later, when she was carted to the Old Montague Street Mortuary, Inspector Spratling and Dr. Llewellyn found that her injuries, mostly done postmortem, were far worse. This was the sad ending of Mary Ann Nichols and many of the other murder victims of Jack the Ripper.
