Emily Thornberry and Boris Johnson Agree On Future Lockdowns.
Prime Minister Boris Johnson appeared on GB News and he was asked about future lockdowns. Mr. Johnson said he could not rule out a future lockdown. At the moment the current COVID situation in the UK appears to be leveling off. We have had the Omicron variant which seems to be less deadly than its predecessors. The virus is supposed to be less transmissible as warmer weather approaches in the UK.

President Biden: How Much Is He Aware and In Control?
Many think Joe Biden should not be President at 79. Judging from his blunders they may have a point. For example, Joe Biden when commemorating the U S S Delaware on Saturday thought Michelle Obama had been the Vice President. Mr. Biden forgot that he had been Vice President when Barack Obama was in the White House. Mr. Biden was Vice President between 2009 and 2017.

Sir Keir Starmer: Government Should Reveal Those Fined.
International Trade Secretary Anne-Marie Trevelyan said fines have been issued for those that had broken lockdown regulations. Fines were given to those who had attended garden parties at 10 Downing Street. Fines were also issued to party attendees in Whitehall. Ms. Trevelyan made her comments on Sky News. Dominic Raab Deputy Prime Minister and Justice Secretary said the same thing as Ms Trevelyan.

The world saw Actor Will Smith slapping Chris Rock for making a joke about his wife's alopecia. Jada Smith has been suffering from hair loss and yet despite this, she does not wear a wig. Her baldness is there for all to see and why not? Ms Smith is making people who also live with this illness not live in fear of what others think. Will Smith's Mother commented after that she had never seen her son behave like that before.

Look at Putin's most vociferous opponent, Alexi Navalny, doing time on trumped-up charges.

Tory Golden Boy: Rishi Sunak.
Rishi Sunak told Sky News that people should judge him on what he did during the pandemic. This was a happy time for UK Chancellor, Rishi Sunak. Millions faced lockdown due to the COVID virus and were afraid of losing their jobs. Mr Sunak, provided the furlough scheme, which paid employees 80%, of their wages. This scheme saved thousands of jobs in the UK, in all sectors. Loans and grants were provided for businesses. Sunak brought out the 'eat out, to help out' scheme. Mr Sunak was even tipped to replace Boris Johnson, as Leader, of the Conservative party and Prime Minister. Such was his popularity at this time, that he was called, the 'People's Chancellor'. The BBC showed him as a cartoon figure dressed as Superman throwing money at the poor.

Russia Asks China For Help.
Russia is accused by the Joe Biden administration of asking China for military assistance in Ukraine. If this is the truth, it may show Russia is struggling to meet its military objectives. Why would this be so? Possibly because Russia did not expect such a tough resistance from Ukrainian forces. Also, state-of-the-art Western weapons are taking a toll, on Russian forces. After two weeks of entering Ukraine, it is only now, that Russia has made significant military progress.

When the 'Partygate' scandal became known to the media it seemed Boris had tripped himself up yet again. During the lockdown period of 2020 Boris is alleged to have attended gatherings at 10 Downing Street. At some of these gatherings in the Downing Street garden there was booze present. When questioned by Sir Keir Starmer Boris said he did not even know he was at a party.

US and UK: Hypocrites in Calling Out Russia On Invasion.
The US and the UK, are correct to hold Russia accountable, for the invasion of Ukraine. Western nations are also correct in imposing the harshest of sanctions on the regime in Moscow. Russia's invasion of Ukraine has seen wanton destruction of civilian areas as well as military targets.
