Starmer and Sunak: Head For Dubai.
We all remember COP27 in Glasgow. Many fine words, to tackle, climate change, but little else. We remember, Boris, fast asleep, at the conference. David Attenborough, a man, old enough, to be Boris' dad was very attentive. Whether, the stalwart of natural history, will be, at this conference, that is David Attenborough, is unknown.

Hamas and Israel: Agree Hostage Release.
It seems a breakthrough has been reached between Israel and Hamas. It seems that hostages/prisoners will be released in the agreement and there will come a temporary ceasefire. This will allow humanitarian corridors to bring in much-needed aid to Gaza.

Sunak Wades in About Sir Mark Rowley.
On Saturday, will be, Armistice Day, when the guns fell silent in WW I. Between 1914 - 18 British, French, Germans, Russians, Americans, Turks, Austrians, Hungarians, etc, were slaughtered in a war that was supposed to be "The War to End All Wars". My grandmother's brother was captured, by the Germans in WW1. He was, thankfully, well-treated and released when this conflict ended.

Hasan Nasrallah: Speech.
The greatest enemy of Israel besides Iran, besides Hamas, is the Lebanese group Hezbollah. Translated into English, 'The Party of God". Hezbollah and Israel fought a 34-day war in 2006. However, both Hezbollah and many people looking back historically feel Hezbollah beat Israel. Despite Israel's bombing, and battle against Hezbollah the 'terror' group (as far as the West and Israel allocate it) stood their ground. The war was destructive for both sides. Hezbollah in retaliation for Israel's bombing, targeted Israel with missiles.

Rishi in Awe of Musk.
At a conference on AI, Rishi Sunak, sat on stage interviewing, Elon Musk. The billionaire businessman has quite a few thumbs in many pies. He has business interests in space, manufacturing, and the internet. He has views on migration, and, media in general. Some of his acts and views do not always align with British domestic and foreign policy. For example, the UK is backing Israel in its fight with Hamas. The internet is mainly down due to targeting by Israeli forces. However, Musk has provided Gazans with the internet via his Starlink satellite internet service. It would seem Musk also has the power to help or blunt Ukraine, in its fight, with Russia. Musk is someone you either love or hate and there ain't no in-between.
