What is Love to you?
They say each person has their own perspective on everything. We each see the world around us differently. It is that way for a reason I think. We are experiencing life through a human body and our spirits each see things from their own point of view.

Memory Snaps
Growing old in body, the years slipping by as quickly as I let them. The older I get the quicker they seem to speed by. Memories pop up and I sometimes look at them with different eyes, thinking, "That is really me?" Some of the things I have done have been pretty great. Others just lessons to get through. Get through I do.

I choose me
Memories flashing through my head constantly. Childhood escapades, old friends, childs play. People no longer with us, come to mind and are quite clear. A lifetime of living gone in the blink of an eye. Time, a made up construct, slipping away, taking our youth with it. Future unwavering in the soul, yet in our minds we are always wondering what is going to happen.

What was the point
Another letter that will never cross your mind. I have spent 41 years loving you. Doing kind things to make you smile. Reminding you, you are worthy of love and kindness. It never mattered we weren't together, until we were. All I wanted was to make you happy, didn't have to be with you to do that.

Letting go of love

Just believe in you
Last year in all the craziness of Covid I found myself without a job and running out of funds quick. I had used my 401K, my taxes and the stimulus and was needing a job pronto. I connected with some finance people and started my journey toward becoming an Insurance Broker.

Faded Youth
I remember it like it was yesterday and not half a lifetime ago. People that came before me would say, "Cherish every moment, every second, every milestone no matter how small." I remember rubbing my swollen belly, feeling the movement inside me and thinking they were crazy, we had a lifetime to live, love laugh and grow.
