I found this place to get the thoughts out of my head
oh…and I love food!
With freezers that make ice now, people don't really have uses for those ice cube trays anymore. At my house, we completely threw ours out, but now I have at least five because of all the things you can make with them. Seriously, after reading this, you will go to the store and buy ice cube trays.
I never truly understood why self love was so important until I was in my last relationship. Until I met my previous boyfriend, I gave everyone my everything. But I always felt empty in my friendships and relationships. I poured into them, and even though they were pouring into me, I felt as if I had a hole in my heart. I never figured out what that hole was, until I met my boyfriend. From the moment he met me, he knew that there was something missing in my life, he knew that hole was there; even though for years I was able to mask it from everyone else. It took him a while to actually figure out what was missing, and ever since he showed me that I needed to start loving myself first, my life was forever changed.
It's that time of the year again. The most wonderful time. And no, I'm not taking about Christmas. I'm talking about Thanksgiving. That huge family meal that takes all day to make, those leftovers that last for weeks. And my favorite part, those homemade desserts. One of my all time favorite dessert is homemade apple crisp. You serve it immediately after it comes out of the oven, scoop nice cold ice cream on top. The warmth of the apples with the cinnamon, and the crunch of the oats with the mix of the ice cream. It's all just so lovely and dances around in your mouth. It goes to your heart, not your stomach.
Wow, you guys really seem to like noodles! If you go on my page, you will also find recipes for copycat noodles from Panda Express and a super easy garlic noodle recipe. I'm obsessed with noodles and if you've read pretty much anything I write, you know I also love to hand make pasta.
Do you really need a skin care routine? Does it really work and is it worth it? If you've read my story on "do you need rose water?" you got a glimpse into my skin care problems. I have very sensitive skin. I'm allergic to a lot of soap products, and have very mild to severe reactions when I use face masks, lotions, face wash, and even products that have been prescribed to me by a doctor. I even have huge reactions to something that is in our water (usually after each shower I take, I come out with burned skin and have awful rashes all over my body).
If you've read my precious recipes you know I love carbs. You know I love making homemade noodles, breads, and doughs. If you go on my page, you will probably also notice I that love noodles. I started a noodles craze over a year ago. I love to go anywhere that has a Korean or a Chinese/Japanese flare to it. Along with my noodles craze, I've started to really enjoy the taste of garlic and onion.
I've always heard about rose water, but never really understood how it would benefit my life. Everybody at one point in their lives has problems with their skin. I found myself with a huge skin problem. In all honestly I used to have really bad acne. They were always large, inflamed, and so painful… not to mention, hideous! Then all of a sudden, they went away and I honestly only found myself getting acne around that time of the month (sorry for the possible tmi, I am very open about the body… we all go through similar things anyways). So, whenever I saw pimples on my face, I knew what was coming.
Buffalo chicken dip!! My youth group leader was the first person to ever introduce this dip to me. She always brought it to game nights or to youth group, and always had it made up when we had special movie and game nights at her house. I love hot things. That is something I definitely get from my dad, and if you read my story "Perfect Dough Every Time," you know that I love chicken. I also have a thing for that cheesy goodness, so this dip is literally everything I've ever loved, all mixed together.
