Let your smile change the world
Have you ever smiled so brightly about something exciting to have someone beside you dim that smile? I have, many times in my life. I would be excited about something, but had no one to share that with. I think the the one that sticks out most of me was an "Art Recovery" showcase in 2015 getting the opportunity to be interviewed on YouTube about my mental health art piece.

Not Everyone Will Like You
Not Everybody Will Like You -When someone doesn’t like you, rather than taking it personally we can release the need for approval, having to always prove who we are, what we do or prove our love by a means that has nothing to do with love whatsoever or anything else that someone wants us to prove to them and move on.

The Flag of Failure
Have you ever told yourself that there were things that were really hard for you? Things you did not know how to do or thought that you couldn't? I once heard a quote that said, "Telling yourself you can't do something is like marching with a flag of failure." Is the person you think you are the person you see in the mirror? What are your thoughts on the one you see looking back at you?

4 Ways to Become a Leader in Your Daily Life
Possibly the quickest way to make change in the world is to lead by example. The phrase "monkey see, monkey do" should really be "person see, person do" because humans instinctively copy other humans. When someone turns their head, we all turn our head to see what they are looking at. When you hold the door open for someone, they are most likely going to do the same for the person behind them. When a new trend comes out, everyone wants to be a part of it. This is part of our nature and it is time we start using it to our advantage (we being those of us with a vision to make positive change in the world).

Loud As Thunder
Good morning! It's 10:51am and I'm feeling slightly better. I'm unsure how long it's going to last, but the weather started off nice and cool as I sip on my medicine ball (ginger tea w/lemon) while on the porch. Not to assume, but since my previous story I wanted to unravel some of the things I spoke on so you don't think I'm crazy, even though we're all a little mad here! (catch the Alice In Wonderland reference lol). On a serious note, when you've been through all that I've been through, sometimes you do need others to be there and strong for you. We all have breaking points, and unfortunately mine had to be within an relationship/situationship. I don't know if I can forgive myself for what the way I've hurt myself, but I know I have to in order to move forward. So that's a work in progress. This is all that's flowing through my mind today, but least I'm still breathing.

Forever Thirteen
I came across this contest whilst scrolling through tattoo inspiration and with 45 minutes left on the clock. As a person who doesn’t believe in coincidence I knew I needed to put my story out there for others. I am someone whom is covered in tattoos so as some of you can probably imagine if you’ve succumbed to the needles, not all of them have meaning. I have a few that serve as nothing other than mobil canvas and additional scar coverage but these two in particular have great meaning and were amongst my first.

What They Didn't Teach You In School: 5 Important Life Skills For Survival
The picture creates nostalgia, isn't it so? The good old school days were the best. Starting from the struggle of early morning rising and then constant tussle between you and your mom for everything, be it bathing or eating your breakfast.

Why I chose a condor for my first tattoo
Plenty of people admire a tattoo, would like to get one on their arm, leg, or a more discreet place, but for one reason or another, they never visit a tattoo parlor. Like most people, I’d seen tattoo parlors on TV and they looked, to say the least, dark scary places manned by rough-looking men. You know the type, big, bald, burly men with dark glasses and facial hair, in other words, people you wouldn’t want to meet in a dark alley.
