Taking the First Step
Starting something new is always challenging. It's the whole "change of it all" i guess. You're all set in your routine and it's like how am i gonna fit this into my routine.. or i just dont have enough energy for this right now. I can't fit this into my budget. You syche yourself out before you even try it. The root of it is fear of the unknown. You aren't sure your will be successful so you cant even fathom the thought of trying something. What if you changed how you addressed the new? What if you thought to yourself "i can do that." "I'll be the best at this." "This will truly help me get to where i need to be." If those were your initial thoughts then maybe it wouldnt be so difficult to make life changes.. no matter how big or small. You can try apps or planners or have the best support system in the world but if you are in the right head space you will never step out of your comfort zone. There will always be a reason why today isn't the right time or there's more you need to aquire before you can try something out. Its always going to be scary but its that fear you need to motivate you to get to the next part of your life and when you do something while your scared the pay off is much better than you imagined, isn't it?

Do something for someone
I’ve always had this habit. Where I would help people from the sidelines. It was safe. It meant that I could boost my reputation without any fear of it getting damaged. I was in a perfect place of no risk and all the reward, however one day I realized how much of an excuse that was. I had become an underachiever in fear of not being good enough and suddenly it clicked. Not all at once it took time. It took three days on a project and trying my absolute best on something. My actual best.

keep hanging on
you wake up exhausted. everyday you slug out of bed, just waiting for the minute you can crawl back into your warm, comfortable cave. you have all these things to do by this certain time but instead you’d rather just sleep or watch netflix. it’s been 4 days since you last took a shower and washed your hair but you don’t feel like getting up and doing that. so day 5 comes along. you slug out of bed again but today feels different. at first you don’t really like the change, it’s weird that smiling came easier today than yesterday. you decide it’s best to not think too hard about it and just keep going through your day. today you take a shower. you feel good after it, you think to yourself “maybe this change isn’t so bad after all.” you wake up the next day and it’s easier to get out of bed, it’s easier to take care of yourself. you have a big day today, you didn’t know it but work had it coming for you. at first you feel dread but then after 5 hours you realize you’ve blow through your work.

What is Happiness?
Happiness is something people are always searching for. Happiness in others, happiness in things, happiness in their jobs, happiness in their families. True happiness isn't something you can achieve relying on people, things, your family, or even your career. True happiness starts within. I didn't realize that I was responsible for my own happiness. The world we live in, advertises happiness as being this fictional personage, and if you don't have it all together, than you can't be happy. In my past relationships, I use to look to my partners to make me feel happy.

The dream within
There is something inside each one of us, something we have always wanted. When we were children we day dreamed about it, adding to it, glorifying it. As we grew older we were told that it was too much, that it was out of reach. We stopped day dreaming as often and only every now and then did we look back into that dream and dream.

Living While on the Spectrum: Different Not Less
I've learned so much in the past two months, and believe me when I say the overwhelming overflow of love has left me speechless. I'm unbelievably happy to have found like-minded people dedicated to loving and understanding the human condition. I am glad to be on the receiving end this time. I live a sheltered life, and the truth is, It's because I have trouble finding my way through all the intense emotions and situations I find myself in. It takes time to process everything before a response (that makes sense) will be reciprocated. There's been a misunderstanding, yet again. My choice to share my life came from nothing but pure, authentic love, and I intend to be even more transparent than I already am.

How I Utilized Lock-Down As A Side-Hustle
1500 dollars is not a great amount, but still, it was a huge sum for my pandemic-hit wallet. The lockdown was unparalleled in its ways. It has turned everyone's life upside down. Almost everyone suffered a financial crunch due to Corona-Virus in one way or the other. Except those who had a government job or some other running business which was not affected.

I am now Learning to live Comfortably after Trauma
I spent all my life from an early age enduring trauma after trauma, from rape, violence, break-ins, life on the streets to losing everything. After going through this for many long years, I am now changing it. I feel safe where I live and secure in my home, however I have a tough time adjusting, and I constantly have to reassure myself that I won't go through all that trauma again.
