Another problem with exercising in gyms is that they open on fixed days or times, so you will have to make your routine accordingly or skip your daily exercises.

When we play or exercise in the park or outside, we are closer to nature. Working out in the park gives you fresh air and oxygen, which makes you feel more refreshed during and after your workout. By spending time in the open, your body also gets Vitamin D, which is very important for our health. Our body does not make Vitamin D by itself and its deficiency can cause many problems. Apart from this, going to the park is not heavy on your pocket as there is no fee to go here. If there is an open gym in your nearby park, then you can also use the equipment installed in it and stay fit without any cost.

Disadvantages Of Exercising In Park

You will need a lot of discipline and self-motivation to exercise outside or in the park, because here you do not pay fees for a month or two months like in a gym. Many people go to the park for a day or two, and then return to their old routines, such as sleeping in and being lazy in the morning. Another disadvantage of this is that you do workouts in the park without the supervision of any trainer, in such a situation, you can injure yourself by exercising in the wrong way or it may not prove beneficial for you. Apart from this, even if it is very hot, cold or raining outside, then your visit to the park can be canceled.

Researchers have also found that exercising outside is better for reducing anger, fatigue, and sadness than exercising indoors. The results of another study published in Frontiers in Psychology are similar. This study found that park workouts were more effective than indoor gym workouts in reducing stress in obese people. However, if you like lifting weights, doing Zumba and clicking selfies in the gym then you can continue because doing something is better than doing nothing.
