8 Songs for the Kooks & Crazies
I don't know about you, but my music taste is a bit all over the place. I guess this is fitting really, as so is my head and generally my emotions too. Music is one of the ways I tend to express and control my emotions, as the "story" in the song tends to change the way I feel. I think this is useful as a coping mechanism, as it allows you to cheer yourself up or get a little of the bad out in a healthy way. Anywhoozles, here's my list. I'll try to keep it mostly positive.

A Playlist for Those with a Unique Taste
I've recently discovered that I have a similar music preference as most, but for some reason I still have a knack for finding the buried, emotion striking tunes that are scattered across music platforms. I put together a playlist of my most recent discoveries. :) The Spotify link to the playlist can be found at the bottom of the article.

Your Playlist for Next Week

50 Songs to Add to Your Halloween Playlist
One of the first heralds of the Christmas season, for better or worse, is the switch over of music from normal, everyday popular songs to reindeers and Santas and snow. It surrounds you in shopping malls and in grocery stores. Why don’t other holidays have their own soundtracks? Why can’t we switch over our radios and listen to those other holidays’ music?

September 2018 Playlist
Music has always been a huge part of my life, and a huge part in how I find and express myself. I make Spotify playlists every month, and have for a little over two years now, and those playlists prove to be mini musical time capsules to document my feelings throughout a month; a reminder of what my life was like during a certain time. The playlists aren’t always necessarily filled with new releases, but more so new albums and musicians I have stumbled upon that resonate with me.
