Intimate Ways Women Want To Be Touched (That Have Nothing To Do With Sex) Top Story - November 2017
Sex is a strange thing. As someone who has spent a large chunk of their life doing it for a living, I can safely say that some of the most intimate, sexual and satisfying things for me don’t involve a penis entering me.

Why Men Should Practice Yoga...
“It’s just for girls, it’s not proper exercise” The very real words spoken by my boyfriend when I suggested he tried Yoga. Due to widespread advertising that includes beautiful women smiling in yoga pants, hipster coffee shops/art galleries holding yoga mornings for mothers and babies and newly gentrified, artsy areas of trendy cities becoming hubs for yoga studios, the wide spread perception that Yoga is for yummy mummy's and nimble, young, 20 something indie females is one that you would be forgiven for believing. However, I am here to tell you that you are wrong. Yoga, in its many forms, is for everyone. In fact, I see more and more men join my classes every week!

The UK's Best Music Festivals
Some festivals you go to for the music, some you go for one specific act, but most of the time, a festival is an experience. A weekend long, drug- and alcohol-fuelled, welly boots and glitter eye makeup, disgusting toilets and no phone signal, experience.

MODESTEP - Bringing Dubstep Home
If you don’t know who Modestep are, then you have probably never listened to UK Dubstep. Covered from head to toe in tattoos and now in the process of writing their third album, it seems like a lifetime since brothers Josh and Tony were first introduced to the genre, it crept around the underground London club scene in 2008, with it’s pill popping, wide eyed, sweaty teens and all night raves with bass so hard it makes you throw up if you stand to close to the speakers. All the things that make London the gritty city we all know and love.

Fuck Your Valentines Day Cliche Mixtape
I literally just posted my top tracks for January a couple of days ago, because I am a slacker, but I feel a bit like I didn't do you guys justice. I was lazy, I made a playlist, I chucked all my favourite songs on it. So! My February mix is coming in early (I'm never early) and just in time for Valentines day. This mix is for everyone, actually it might not be for those super romantic couples that like power ballads.

January 2017 Essential Playlist
So, as I promised, I am going to be doing a playlist of songs I have discovered or been obsessed with each month. 2017 has GOT to be better than 2016, right? I mean come on. 2016 might have been the most depressing year in history... even if I can make your month a little teeny tiny weeny bit better with some of my favourite tunes to dance, cry, play or fuck to, then I feel like I am doing my part.

Why a Vibrator Should Be the Only Electronic In the Bedroom
I think we can all agree that sex is not the time for smart phones. There is nothing worse than being intimate with someone and, as soon as you’re done, they grab their smartphones and begin scrolling through Instagram, tapping "like" on all the girls you wish you looked like. The bedroom is somewhere for love and sex and all kinds of naughtiness; leave the smartphone and laptop out of the equation. (Unless you are playing your "in the mood" mix tape or watching my porn. Naturally). But there are some gadgets and gizmos that are made for this personal and intimate time with your partner (or your one night stand/fuck buddy).

New Years Eve Mini Mix
The new year is almost upon us, and thank fuck for that. 2016 has been, in a word: Horrific. Between the turbulent bullshit going on all over the world and the deaths of so many beloved stars (largely Prince and Bowie… those two hit me like a ton of bricks) this year has sped past at an electric rate, dropping hideous stinks as it went. That being said, I have had some amazing moments and thank god for music, which is one of the only things that helps to pull me through dark days and even darker nights.

How to Be Better in Bed - A Porn Star's Advice
Kind of a click baity title because I know that everyone, no matter how awesome you think you are at sex, wants to be better. Just double check there isn’t anything they missed off the old check list. I’ve had a lot of sex. It is fair to say I have had more sex and more sexual partners, both male and female, then most humans have in their life time. Yes, I do porn and a lot of those sexual partners were purely for on screen satisfaction, but shooting porn has taught me more about sex than any sex ed class or one night stand ever could.

Yoga Vs Pilates
I am qualified to teach both Yoga and Pilates, and though my preference, by and large, is Yoga, I am going to try and make this as non-biased as possible. I began my Yoga journey 8 years ago but Pilates is fairly new to me. Frequently thrown into the same pot, I think most people are under the impression that Yoga and Pilates are exactly the same. I was also under this impression. Largely because, when I began training to teach Yoga, my school offered me a discounted rate on the Pilates course based on the fact I would already have the required anatomy and physiology certificates to go forward with another course. At first I didn’t want to, I had never taken a Pilates class in my life and didn’t think it would be possible to learn an entirely new skill alongside learning to teach it. However, I was assured that Pilates was EXACTLY like Yoga and that the qualifications went hand in hand. A lot of Studios look for teachers qualified in both.

My First Time With Edibles
I am not a huge weed smoker. No wait, scrap that. I don’t smoke weed. I have before, of course, and I like it, don’t get me wrong! Actually I am right now so maybe I should just eliminate most of what I just said. But for the sake of argument I would never say ‘I smoke weed’. Largely because I think it would make me incredibly unproductive if I smoked it frequently, and being self employed with 100 projects on the go that need me to be motivated at all times, which I struggle with anyway due to an acute lack of concentration, means I can’t afford to be unproductive.

Stripper Problems
Since everyone seemed to absorb so much enjoyment from my 'Pornstar Problems’ I thought I would continue the theme. Shortly prior to taking my clothes off on camera, I took my clothes off on stage… and on the laps of strangers. Stripping was my initial introduction into the sex industry, and I have to admit, I fucking loved it. I still miss it. Every time I walk down Shoreditch High Street in East London, I’m filled with sadness that The White Horse, my favourite strip joint to work in, is now closed due to gentrification meaning they could not afford the rent. I am waiting for it to be turned into some sort of snooty elitist hipster pizza place or coffee bar with one solitary table inside, with some off hand, try to be cool reference to how it once was a strip club.
