Bad Bentley January 2018 Mix
Ok, so last January I did a New Year's Eve mix while I was in Bali on tour with my other half. Beat had just launched and I swore I would do a mix every month. It was one of my precious New Year's resolutions, it lasted two and a half months.... I add the half because I DID do a March mix but it was for a completely different reason, so it didn't count. BAD Bentley.

6 Things Women in Relationships Should Know About Money
I am a firm believer in being an independent woman. In a relationship or not, it is so important to be able to stand on your own two feet. I’ve gone through a series of horrible relationships, been single as fuck and married to my work, and I am now in a very comfortable and committed long term relationship (that I hope will be marked for forever).

Benefits of a Vegan DietTop Story - January 2018
I’ve gone back and forth with myself about whether to write this or not, when I was given the subject I was excited. But I very quickly reclined and have been putting it off for over a month now. The reason? I don’t want the backlash that comes from it. Isn’t that funny? I can write openly about my sex life and intimate details of my relationship, but I am worried about the backlash from writing about what I choose to eat?!

Things All Dog Owners Do...Top Story - January 2018
I love my dogs more than I love most humans. I love most dogs more than I even like most humans. I choose my dogs' happiness, a lot of the time, over my own pleasure, contentment, comfort, money, or sex life. I do weird things. So does my boyfriend. We thought we were the only weirdos with dogs, but the longer we have these creatures in our lives, the more crazy weird dog people we meet and the more we realise we are part of a wonderful, strange community of people that do the exact same weird things as us.

My Top Tracks of 2017Top Story - January 2018
My favourites of the past year, in no particular order... and yes I included myself in there too.... Mysterious singer, songwriter, and producer that names herself after 'God' and hides her face? Yes please. Elohim was my special find of 2017, an eclectic sound so unique to her alone. She recently finished touring with Alison Wonderland, this is her latest offering. Enjoy.

Lesser Known Animal Saviours and Charities Worth Donating To
Whilst my passion and love for all animals means that choosing the charities for this piece was incredibly hard, I decided to go a little bit off the beaten path and not opt for obvious choices that already have huge worldwide organisations and adverts all over the television. Instead, I went with a few independent rescuers and animal lovers that are close to my heart.

Being a Girl in the Music Industry Is HardTop Story - December 2017
Being a girl in the music industry is hard. Being a girl that has done porn and is now in the music industry? Even harder. The rejection, preconceived opinions and complete and utter dismissal at some points is heartbreaking at best. I’m not going to sit here and pretend I am the greatest songwriter or producer of all time. Or even that I am particularly special, but I do write and produce my own music, sing on the tracks and write the lyrics. However, my work is dismissed purely based on the harsh fact that I’m a moderately attractive girl with a background in adult film, a lot of the time before I have even had the chance to present any music.

The 5 Best Yoga Poses for Back Stiffness
Yoga is a weird and wonderful thing. It’s good for the body, it’s good for the mind, it’s exhilarating but also relaxing. You can do it in aerial hammocks, on mats, on the beach, in the park, in your bedroom. It helps with recovery from injury like no other exercise, and it is great for any stiff or tight bits you may have.

What To Expect From A Loved One With Anxiety...
The only way to describe anxiety to someone that doesn’t suffer from it is asking them to imagine the worst possible thing that could ever happen to them, whatever it might be. Now imagine that it is happening right now, about to happen or has just happened. That miserable, panic stricken, utterly hopeless feeling, that is how I feel 98 percent of the time… for literally no reason at all.

Why a Dog Is Not a Christmas Gift
You know the saying "A dog is for life, not just for Christmas"? I feel like it has lost its meaning over the past few years. I’ve heard it less and less. In the absence of this message, I have seen an influx of posts and articles and charities and petitions trying to save dogs in shelters. Dogs that are simply unwanted.

Why Couples Who Travel Together Have The Strongest Relationships
I love to travel. I mean, who doesn’t? Over the past 10 years my career has taken me all over the world, in fact, so has my partner's. He is a touring musician, I used to do porn. One of my favourite parts of my job was the lifestyle, yes, ok I complained that I was always tired, I lived out of a suitcase, I had very little social life and my schedule was bizarre and very full on… but guess what? So was his. There is NOTHING better then a partner that understands you.

4 Good Reasons to Have Sex on the First Date
This may surprise you, but I have never had sex on the first date. Why then, do I feel qualified to write this piece? Well, in many cases I really wish that I had. I’ve never really had a "one night stand," I’ve had "one time sexual partners," but usually because they were mates of mine or we realised after the act that we weren’t going anywhere.
