10 Costco Hacks You'll Wish You Knew Before
You may know Costco as the place you go shopping for all your necessary and unnecessary bulk item purchases. You also may know Costco for the many sample tasting opportunities. Who doesn’t love snacking while shopping? However, before you make your second round to your favorite sample table here are 10 Costco hacks you’ll wish you knew before you walked through the front door.
The Invisible Woman
As we sat in his rental car he opened the boxes of Marvel Mighty Beanz he had purchased for his peeps (aka: children). If the number of toys weren't exact, he would give me the extras. Some were meant for cute reminders and others I would give to my son. On this occasion he handed me a bright blue one. I assumed it was because it was the only girl in the box. At that point in my life I had very little knowledge of Marvel characters. I didn't even realize it was a super hero thing.
I Am Basically A Hot Dude
The only thing I really have to show for my history of failed relationships is a new awareness of how independent and not typical lady-like I am. I guess this shouldn't be such a new thing for me. I grew up with uncles and brothers. No sisters and Aunts weren't until later in life per marriage. Being a Montana girl... I grew up hunting, fishing, and helping Grandpa in the garage fixing cars. The perfect twist to that is I also grew up in the kitchen with my Grandma. My fashion sense credit goes directly to my Mother. So you now have the perfect recipe for a smart, sexy, bad-ass woman who can cook, change a flat tire all while wearing a dress and heels. Sounds pretty amazing right?!?
The night the Cubs won the World Series & a traveling Helicopter Pilot earned his wings
I was sitting at my kitchen table when a notification popped up on my phone. It was from a dating/hook-up site I had downloaded a week or so prior. The app lets you specify if you were looking for something in the form of a relationship or just a night of carefree whatever. I had selected something in the form of a relationship. The thought of a one night stand with some random stranger that was pre-planned vs. determined by the number of drinks I had, felt odd and very unlady like.
