10 All-Purpose Outfits Anyone Can Wear
There’s something to be said about a person who can pull off exotic and wild looks with ease. They have the right look for it, the right sense of taste, and the ability to make things that would look insane on others look great on them. Most of us are not that type of person, which is why most of us tend to stick to the typical gear you see on the streets.

Front Porch Smoke Sessions
I always thought smoking m.j. would be like smoking a ciggie, but with 'higher' benefits. It wasn't until half a year ago, when I began dating one hell of a man, that I actually considered smoking. It started with my sister, in the driveway, at the trunk of her car. The strain was called purple haze. Rolling a small joint, it took only one to two hits for me to be in my own kind of haze.

The 70s Movements
The 1970s was a time where people were looking for peace from all the chaos created in the 60s and were looking for freedom. People were also looking for their rights as a human being and to be equal with one another. Since the government was not listening to the people, the people claimed the streets creating many riots and protests to force them to listen to them. These occurrences opened a new door to fashion. Usually, a Designer would show his/her collection to rich clients and then to the mainstream via fashion magazines and retail shops. This was the traditional way of spreading trends. Fashion started developing from the streets as people started using fashion to vocalise their speech. In this essay, I am going to explore two of the movements in the 70s and how it influenced fashion. These fashion trends till this day have still influenced and still visibly present. The two movement that I am going to explore are the Black Power Movement and the Women's Liberation Movement as both of the movement were very big in the 70’s.

10 Things to Do When You're High
Being high, if nothing else, puts you in a different state of mind. Some feel more alert, others feel more relaxed, while even more just may feel dissociated. Depending on what you're smoking or popping, you might just feel like laying down and thinking about life.

Sweet Nose Warmer, Bro!
I fully support those who use initiative and are actively attempting to provide a service for us in society through the creation of new products and inventions. But I simply cannot get on board with this. Though my nose is reduced to a red, snivelling mess quicker than the average person, the mere idea of strapping one of these abominations to my face puts my suffering sharply into perspective. My rather one-sided view may be down to it conjuring memories of the beak I wore as part of my dodo costume for a school play in my pre-teens. I still resent it for almost detracting from my wonderful performance in that Alice in Wonderland production; however, despite my personal motives, I doubt I am alone in ridiculing this latest craze.

Fashion & Fitness
Fashion and fitness—two things that are most dear to me outside of my family and friends. It’s important to understand that both have played a major role in our society, especially from the mid to late 80s to even now. Bodybuilders work in their cut sweatshirts, a way to get the best of both worlds, to sweat it out while still being cool and fashionable. The short ranger pantie style shorts show off their aesthetically built legs, paired with long old school double ribboned high socks which were the most important accessory on your feet. The most common workout sneakers were the bike track sneakers and the high top converses.

Weed is Legal Canada... Let's talk about it
As of October 17th, 2018, Justin Trudeau’s promise to legalize recreational use of marijuana has finally come to pass. To many Canadians, today represents the historic end of a prohibition on a harmless little green plant. I do support the idea that government has been ineffective in deterring usage of this drug and we are better off with legalization than otherwise. However, I believe the government has many some crucial missteps with the role out of this policy in Canada. And more importantly, the disingenuous lie about marijuana usage that seems to be coming along with these changes is nothing short of dangerous.
