Sexual Health: The resumption of sexual activity should be discussed with a healthcare provider. It's important to communicate openly with a partner and seek support if experiencing discomfort or concerns.

Postpartum Support: Emotional support from a partner, family, and friends is crucial during the postpartum period. Joining support groups or seeking counseling can provide additional assistance.
