Start vlogging. Top Story - May 2020.
My beginning Well, I have to say starting to vlog has been a journey I planned for a long time. I am still doing my best to keep up a consistent blogging routine, but I have a difficult daily job that I have to deal with, pure labour work, so it's hard sometimes to manage a vlog, but I still do my best, I just love it.

How to Forgive Someone Who Deeply Hurt You
I’m at a point in my life where I deeply value peace. At a different point, I was stuck in the mental/ emotional loop of heartbreak— far from a peaceful state of being. My days were literally mentally consumed with extremely unhealthy and unproductive thoughts stemming from profound betrayal. It wasn’t just my mind that felt the pain— my emotions (of course), but my body… my body reacted to the heartbreak in sheer malfunction. I could barely stomach anything due to constant nausea caused by orchestrated worst-case scenarios, confusion, looping memories and the “what-if”/ “if only” dialogue. I lost 12 pounds and not one pound did I feel proud of losing. At my lowest, I weighed 92 pounds. On many days, it felt as if I was barely surviving. I was sick— deeply heartsick. I couldn’t even think about the word forgiveness when I was going through this.

A Creative Outlet to Deal with Lockdown
One thing that has helped me with this lockdown as tick-tock I tried the Post helpful videos about people with disabilities and maybe some General Life hacks along the way. I feel better because I am putting it out positive energy, as well as giving myself a project. I do have a YouTube channel called Yvonne Knight. However, those videos are a little more involved because of the editing process. Tick tock already has special effects and editing features built into the app. The features are pretty straightforward, even if you have no editing experience once so ever. I feel like making videos is its more comfortable way to express myself. Sometimes making videos is more relaxed than writing an article. YouTube, in particular, I can decide how long the video is going to be and how extensive the video edited Will be. When you write an article, you are writing to fit somebody else’s criteria. I like that YouTube and tick-tock give me more creative control over my work. I think in these times of separation, we need to find a creative outlet to express ourselves outward. We need to feel we are connecting to one another in some way, even though some of us cannot be with the one we physically want to be near.. If you are going to put forth a video on either platform, please consider doing a positive video, because there is too much negativity in the world right now. Please remember it takes a lot of courage to turn on the camera and pour out your creativity to the world. Some people Will is not tick-tock beautiful, but then again, the persons that are calling them ugly do not look much better than they do.

Be still my heart
Hello, you do not know me and I perceive you but I do not know you. Or at least that's how you may see it. Let me explain, my mind, my heart is very complex. There are times where I am certain of something, then one small question enters my head. That single question it does not matter what it is but it throws me off into a mental tangent. Such is my life, such is how my mind works, furthermore it has been this way for as long as I can remember. I don't often write about myself however I digress this is to show you a look into my mind with the hope of it helping you in some way.

Calama's Recipe for a Lazy Day
We all have those days where we wake up with no idea what do, or, even if we do, we have no inclination to do it. We don’t feel like going anywhere, and all projects, chores, or hobbies on our list suddenly seem either daunting or uninteresting and the only thing we can stomach at that point is a day of nothingness, because if we didn’t, just maybe our brains would explode, or our anxieties would skyrocket beyond recovery. Maybe it’s because we are lazy, or maybe it’s just because our brain and body are telling us to take a chill pill to calm the queasiness of our busy schedules and fast-paced lives.

Nourished within the river of sand below me.
Do you notice the rippling currents of the sand? How every fold is so perfectly created by the sea. A reflection of the mind, waiting for the moon to welcome the tide back up the shore, collecting footprints of lovers and strangers. How the sea so delicately forms patterns for ones mind to get lost within.

Fly Like A Butterfly
Better days are coming, sooner than you think. I keep telling myself that. A better day I will wake up, staring at my ceiling, thinking to myself: this is not just any day, this is going to be a post 'apocalyptic' day. I stare out the window seeing those around me out and about. Part of me ponders...should I venture out fully? Should I still stay recluse in my bubble? Or should I take that slight chance and go out fully back into the pre corona virus life? I know there will now be a new normal. I do have the right tools: mask, sanitizer, and gloves. I should be okay right? It's funny before, none of that mattered so much until now. Now we have question ourselves prior to running our everyday normal errands. But I want to conquer the day, and accomplish all what I had put on hold before! This will be a better day. This will be a day of new normal as I know it now, as we all know it.
