My name is Rijan, and I am a Sydney based photographer, vlogger, videographer.
I love spending time being creative, doing something that will inspire people, make em laugh, motivate them, or teach something.
When the era of YouTube started, I didn't quite understand it, but I was intrigued by it. In the beginning, as we all know, there were a lot of funny videos, for me, YouTube was a mess, had no idea what to watch and how that would help me, later own the vlogs started, people sharing their life with us, and that was mindblowing to me.
My own therapy
I am a photographer, I use photography to fulfil my life, it's my dream. I do a lot of portrait photography and work with models, but one of my favourites is being outdoors and exploring.
Being a photographer brought many benefits into my life. Besides doing something I love, creating beautiful moments in life, working with other creatives, creating beautiful photos for so many people in my life, one of the most beautiful benefits of being a photographer is exploring and the drive to see more.
Through my small window In my apartment at the top floor, I can see the blue sky, some buildings in the distance, couple of trees in front of the building, actually only the top of the trees. For some reason, that little window, that only window, has a huge concrete block in front of it, I can’t see the street, the footpath, so you can Imagine my view.
MOROCCO I was thinking about this trip for a long, long time. So many things happened in life, I was never really free to go. As a photographer, videographer, and someone who loves to document life, Morocco was a dream destination for me.
My beginning Well, I have to say starting to vlog has been a journey I planned for a long time. I am still doing my best to keep up a consistent blogging routine, but I have a difficult daily job that I have to deal with, pure labour work, so it's hard sometimes to manage a vlog, but I still do my best, I just love it.
Through My Eyes
I started with street photography the moment I picked up the camera, actually I borrowed the camera from my friend Maja. It was some kind of Sony DSLR I remember, did the job. I was so excited, and the first thing that I shot was the people on the street. That was it.
I started my day packing up my things, It was Sunday and I was ready to go back to work, drive back from Sydney to Canberra.
