Who am I?!
Do you have those moments, where you just lay in bed thinking "who am I"? You are not alone. This is very common nowadays and it's more alarming. The feeling of not knowing who you are is unsettling. The younger generation is put on pressure to be the best and set that perfect tone for our future. When the case should be to accept the flaws and not know what the future might hold...I struggle with the unknown of what could have been and what would be.

Be Present.
Anidst the COVID crisis, the most I’ve missed is touch. Simple touch. A hug, a kiss on the cheek, a handshake. I spoke to a friend of mine last week and she said, if you have some time on Friday, you can come over to see the baby. This beautiful, brand spanking new six-week old, baby boy. I hesitated, out of fear, but I realized, I’m no danger to him, or her. I’ve been safe and at home, and I need to go.

The Dark Zone
So here I am again, lost. Have i been lost this whole time? My whole life, with just moments of clarity? It’s become a joke now that I am reevaluating my life on a weekly basis. It no longer feels like growth, it just feels like frustration and exhaustion. I know my impatience plays a part in this, but c’mon! What am i missing, what am I not seeing? Every time I think I get it, shit just gets flipped, turned, eliminated, added to; I feel like I don’t know how to keep up.

WHY ME?
I love to write, about everything but I have never openly written about my scleroderma, lupus diagnosis. When I was diagnosed, I wanted to tell others about it to raise awareness for an underfunded disease, a disease which is not seen. The Subtle Step Outside
It wasn’t until I sat in the room with a couple-hundred other people, preparing myself to stand on stage in front of them, that I understood. I hadn’t known where the courage to say ‘yes’ to speaking came from, but it turns out it’s a very ordinary source…

Defiance:
Evil exists... It almost always has... Like Good, it is eons old, and exists both in the choices we make & in the forms spoken of in myths and legends... And it exists independant of whether or not we believe in it, like most everything else in Existence...

Removing Negative Blockers Through Mind Movies
When I first heard about Mind Movies, it was a new thing. The co-founder, Natalie, was charismatic and charming. I was intrigued but skeptical because I didn't see the world through rose-colored glasses if I am honest. She made some bold claims that I wasn't bought in on, but it was affordable, so I went for it.

Take Depression Out of 2020
Political rivalry, COVID-19, and lock downs across the United States and around the world have captivated the headlines. Protests have transitioned into violent riots, leaving major cities devastated with destruction and many lives lost. The rights of police officers everywhere are under direct question and many cities are threatening to defund the men and women in Black and blue. The media neglects to share how every day citizens are feeling under the tactics of released fear and the lack of respect shown to law and order in this country. Many individuals have not been able to return to work or their businesses. Depression is plaguing many people of all ages throughout the world, and why shouldn't it be? Only someone who suffers from depression knows how another person with it feels. You need to know that you are not alone out there.
