The Best Meaning of life: Gratitude
The meaning of life: Gratitude, being grateful, helps you see what's there when it isn't ~ What I say is, "I am grateful for the life I have, not wanting anything that I don't need that I cannot work for myself and appreciating everything I do have." If you do not say this, you might be an alien. If you are an alien you are not a human being, thus getting yourself into a lot of trouble when you are a good person and all good people who are grateful, as I am, have all of my love~ However, it is very urgent to follow everything I wrote about gratitude, just trying your best should be good enough. For the sake of perfect peace, being calm and collected, believing in yourself, and becoming the type of person you've dreamed of to be is very important~ Also please do not use drugs and alcohol, these will slowly kill your mind and body~ There's always sexual stimulation I think unless that's the same as drugs and alcohol~ Also if you say peace, this originates from the concept of P.C.E. [PATAY Cake, Everyone = Positively All of The Above, Yay....and the cake is just there to make things sound better. You can think of it as, "this is a piece of cake," and any other creative ways u can think of~). If you say this to situations your not sure of, then you will always be right~! Because(x)5~ this kind of life I just wrote IS THE BEST DREAM HUM (come) TRUE~ !! 💝💗🖤💙💚💝💘💖💗💓💞💕❣️🖤🖤💟💙💚💜🧡💛❤️, etc.

Eternal Sunshine
Eyes sitting low, eventually your gaze meets the beaming light projectimg for heaven above. Warmth on your skin as you feel the gentle breeze caress through your hair as if you had a personal connection with the wind. Deep breath. Listen to the birds chirping. Deep breath. Acknowledge the calm stream make its way down its ordained narrow path. Deep breath. Don’t think about yesterday’s headache and tomorrow’s foreshadow of unfortunate events. Live in this moment, for you will never feel so alive as you do in this very second. It’s funny how we go through life, living portions of feeling happiness, grief, disappointment, jealousy, rage, excitement, restlessness and stillness. The flesh, the soul, and the mind in a constant battle between how exactly you should go about your everyday life. To feel and how to act. What to think and what to say. I have been on this earth now for 18 short years of my life as of June. I can testify to the struggles and the joy life has to offer, but for some reason the negativity always outweighs the optimism that flows through my head. I have dealt with anxiety and depression for some time now, as many people are dealt with the same cards everyday as well. For many years I have tried to suppress my feelings in hopes that I would somehow, someday be happy. But how does one actually get happy? Is happiness forever once you find it? Or at least until you think you’ve found it. Eternal Sunshine, a glow within yourself that can easily be taken away in just a moment. A light that shines in you to give a little spring in your step and spread laughter to those around you. A sense of feeling present and not having to wear a smile that shortly diminishes the moment you’re finally alone. When you don’t have to pretend anymore. Eternal happiness, it may not be forever but it is definitely a feeling that is worth the good fight. To strive for at least a minute, if not a second of pure joy. Within a babies laugh, or a preferable scent that reminds you of a cheerful day. Joy in a hobby or a film, in a person even. I am a firm believer that no one is truly happy. Everyone deals with some sort of pain and it comes in all shapes and forms. There is too much bad in the world that most times the ugly wins the battle over what’s beautiful. No one is happy, but no one has gone through life and hasn’t experienced what happinesses can feel like. Strive for the moments. In this photograph, it takes me back to a happy feeling each time I look at it. The scenery takes me back to what it was like standing around all of Gods artwork and I felt blessed to be a part of that moment right then and there. To more moments of Eternal Sunshine.

BEAUTY IS ONLY SKIN DEEP
Being in nature is my absolute favorite! It allows me to be in tune with my divine self and connects me closer to my inner being. After a long draining work week, me and my girls decided to take a day trip up to Payson, AZ. While we were there, we decided to hike Horton Creek Trail. I have never hiked this trail before and being a beginner, I hesitated after hearing it was 8 miles long. Sometimes fear holds us back in life! I am a walking testimony of it. I tore my ACL & Meniscus 1 year ago and had to have knee surgery after falling off an electric scooter. My recovery journey has had its ups and downs. It has not been the easiest only because in the beginning I limited myself to what I can and could not do. My negative mindset was controlling my reality. I babied my leg and did not try my hardest to heal because I was so afraid of injuring it again. I got depressed in the process because I felt like a failure and could not do everyday activities such as walking, straightening and bending my leg. I lost weight due to not being able to put pressure on my injured leg; I became very insecure with how I looked. I realized that I was causing suffering upon myself by being so negative and speaking down on myself. I had to wake up and smell the coffee. I could not change my past or what had happened to me, but I was able to change my future. Once I stopped feeling sorry for myself, I shifted my mindset to something more positive. I started nurturing my inner child because I realized she was hurt and needed healing. I am currently on a self-love journey and have been challenging myself each day to step outside of my comfort zone. I want to experience life fully and see all the beauty it has to offer me. During my self-love awakening I realized that I connect closer to my intuition when I am in nature. I can meditate and quiet my mind. With all the hardships that is going on in the world today with COVID-19 it is quite common for many of us to lose ourselves and suffer internally. It is incredibly important to take this time to find yourselves and heal from past trauma. During this time, I promised myself to not fall back into old patterns and negative thinking. I had an awakening on this day trip, it has changed my life miraculously. I faced my fear and I hiked this trail! I captured many beautiful pictures in the process. This picture symbolizes the heartache I went through, the depression, the fear, and the suffering I had brought upon myself. This photo Reflects the woman I have grown to become. The beauty in this picture reflects the true beauty that is within me and has never left me. I challenge myself every day to be better than I was yesterday. My past does not define me! Bad things had to happen in order to make me stronger. I know now in order to heal you must reveal. Being in nature allows me to do just that! I chose to not edit this picture because I wanted to capture the true essence of this view. I needed to experience this view in order to heal the false beliefs that were running through my head. This story concludes that I am a unique individual and I do not need to change anything about myself in order to fit into societal preferences!

Why Writing Became A Chore
People always tell you that the first step is always the hardest. I do believe that this is true. Telling stories, writing about life challenges and giving others inspiration by writing is my goal but I never believed I was a good writer. I've been riddled with self-doubt for a very long time and could not put my fingers on the keyboard and let those creative juices out. I had words trapped inside my mind, screaming at me "Let me out!". I didn't listen. I ignored my passion completely and didn't do anything to get better at it. I scrolled endlessly on social media, watched Netflix and YouTube for hours, or took a nap. All of these actions didn't contribute to my writing and held me hostage. I reached my breaking point. What was I going to do about this overwhelming fear of what I loved most in the world? I would write. "Write like you're running out of time"- Hamilton

Find Your Light And Radiate
Ever since I was 13 years old I have had to deal with living with Type 1 diabetes. Life has been a crazy roller coaster ride since then. It’s now 10 years later and the challenges I face every day are still as new and fresh as the day I was admitted to that hospital. There are so many negative aspects about having a chronic illness but instead of dwelling on those things I try to find as many ways as possible to feel positive, healthy and above all happy.

Roaming in Nature
As I reflect that the world is collectively almost through the year, I think of the consistent metaphor that I have used to describe what this year has felt like. Wading. Wading into a dark pool where there are no lights, no guidance, no lifeguards, no markers to tell you when you’ve reached the deep end. And you are already waist deep and no matter how scary this feeling is, one thing is for certain, you cannot go back. There is nothing there for you, so you begin to tread, and you feel the ground slowly disappearing from underneath you. You begin to slowly swim. Gently and softly, with fear in your heart but you know it’s time. The further into the year I go, the closer to nature I return. I once read that our natural state is Peace. With each passing month, my gratefulness in Mother Earth has been enriched. In this time, I have been able to stroll aimlessly, stopping to take pictures and respect the beautiful and uninterrupted pieces of the world. I am allowed long moments to think about where I have been and now where I am going, in this pool of uncertainty.

The Difficulty of Managing Emotions During Highly Emotional Times.
Emotions are running high this year. On a global scale, we’re all facing COVID-19. That alone has brought about so many changes that I’m sure we’re all going to have to permanently redefine what “normal” is for our families, our careers and our communities. On a National scale, the U.S. is experiencing a another racial justice movement which I’m sure will also change our perceptions of what is “normal” or in this case, “right”.

How To Stay Sane When Everything Around You Screams Insane
Feeling overwhelmed? Run-down? Low on energy? Besides obvious reasons, the lifestyle choices we make every day add to our growing pains, and negatively affect our mental health. I'm sure you've heard it before – if your head isn't in the right place, nothing else works the way it should.
