A mini-exposition on how I see myself.
My Twitter feed is filled with beautiful women (and men, and non-binary people) of all shapes and sizes who love their bodies; who know and love their flaws and imperfections as part of themselves. I'm so in love with the way they smile and tilt their heads in mirror selfies and glow in sunlight; the way they touch their hands to their skin and dress in whatever clothes they like. It always suits them perfectly.

Death, Vicious Memories, Self-Realization
The storm rages in the vast ocean in my mind. Why does the passing of anotherβs comrade have such an impact on me? Why does it have to impact my fretting heart? How funny. How our heart moans the sadness of the one we adore.

Morphing from a 'snowflake' into an icicle.
I think the first time I was ever so-called 'triggered' by the fact that I was a snowflake was amidst an A-Level Psychology class whereby a teacher quickly lumped us all together when referring to our attitudes to mental health. At the time, it was difficult to not scream from the top of my lungs, not only as a 'teacher's pet' but also as the only person of colour in the room. I knew all too well just what growing up in 2020 was really like and the 'hardships' I had faced - although, I refuse to call them that hence the italics.

Life Keeps Me Moving
Honey, at 76 years young and retired, waking up in the morning is a blessing and gives me the boost I need to start with a mental playlist of things to accomplish for the day. My first goal is to start my stretch routine while still in the bed. Press my belly button in and hold it for a count of ten for ten times and then stretch legs and arms to make sure I can still move, and sit up. Arms up, I take a deep breath through the nose and out through the mouth, which reminds me to get up and brush my teeth (which I am blessed to still have). I smile in the mirror to make sure I have not had a stroke during the night and then all is good to go. I turn on my cell-phone in case I have any calls from family or friends, but spam calls seem to rule which is very annoying. I shower and get dressed for my morning 2 mile walk with my sister on our Yellow River trail. I have my breakfast bar with a bottle of water to wash the vitamins down and my blood pressure medicine. Then I head out.

Open Up Your Mind
Everybody has some sort of dream that they spend their life trying to make come true. Wether it be company you dream of taking over, or even a dream of taking over the world, we still crave the reality of the dream. Some people have big dreams and some people have small dreams, but what is it that makes every dream similar? What do our dreams have in common? I grew up in a small town, where dreams was all we have, but making those dreams come true was a great challenge where I'm from because of the small community we lived in. There wasn't much opportunity for growth in my town, and in order to accomplish our goals we would have to move away to a city where the possibilities are endless. What if I told you that there is a way to make your dreams come true no matter where you are? What if I told you there is a way that you can make success come to you like a pizza delivery? As much as we don't want to accept it, times are changing and the way we live now is evolving faster then we may think. In order to be successful, you have to be able to adapt to change. As much as we hate to change our routine, it must happen in order to keep up with the evolution of life. Our mind is our most valuable weapon. We only use one side of our brain, and look at all the amazing things our minds have led us to create. Think if we trained ourselves to control that other side, the mystery side of our brain how much more powerful we could be. Maybe we could have the intelligence to travel to Mars and beyond, maybe we could control our dreams. I'm not saying that we could be superman or batman, but what if that mystery side holds superpowers that we didnt know exist? Masters of ki have already been able tap into this mystery side of the brain, but that's only touching the surface. If there was a way to utilize this power, could we cheat death? Could we make things move with our mind? Could we control the outcomes of situations? Could we change they way of life? If a virus can cause a global pandemic and shut the planet down, being how tiny they are, dont you think that we hold an unknown power that's stronger than any other force? As humans we a raised to live a certain way, to believe in certain ways. We are raised live our lives on a daily routine. This blocks us from seeing our full potential. This stops us from chasing our dreams and living to our full potential. Believing that there is only one way of life is what stops us from being all we can be. If we open our mind and expand our beliefs we would be training that mystery side. Possibilities become impossible when we live on a routine. If we opened our minds to the bigger picture, and be open to new beliefs, as well as being able to adapt to change, we would hold the power. I encourage everyone to train themselves to be more open minded. I challenge you to change your daily routine. Learn something new everyday because knowledge is power, therefore knowledge is the key to that mystery side of our brain. Once we have the key, we can open our minds and let that power come out, making humans a force we never thought we could become.

Childhood Memories
I am grateful for all the hours of my life, but that does not mean I relish in recalling them all. Yet there is one, distinct minute of a memory often neglected that is worth recalling: that moment when your imagination is ignited by the landscape.

The Best Meaning of life (remade): Gratitude
The meaning of life: Gratitude, being grateful, helps you see what's there when it isn't. What I say is, "I am grateful for the life I have, not wanting anything that I don't need that I cannot work for myself and appreciating everything I do have.", I also say, "I am happy and grateful to just be alive and breathing. Please do not give me anything I cannot work for and earn myself". If you truly do have this attitude, then I think you will be able to know what to say more times than not. And I believe this is the key to perfect peace. If you are not able to say this, you might be an alien. If you are an alien you are not a human being or a good person, thus getting yourself into a lot of trouble when you want to be a good person. And all good people who are grateful, as I am, have all of my love and I think also, the love of the best people on earth~ However, it is urgent to follow everything I wrote about gratitude, just trying your best should be good enough. For the sake of perfect peace, being calm and collected, believing in yourself, and becoming the type of person you've dreamed of to be is also important~ Also please do not use drugs and alcohol, these will slowly kill your mind and body~ There's always sexual stimulation I think unless that's the same as drugs and alcohol~ Also if you say peace, this originates from the concept of P.C.E. [PATAY Cake, Everyone = Positively All of The Above, Yay....and the cake is just there to make things sound better. You can think of it as, "this is a piece of cake," and any other creative ways u can think of~). If you say this to situations you're not sure of, then you will always be right~! Because(x)5~ this kind of life I am writing about IS THE BEST DREAM HUM (come) TRUE~ !! πππ€πππππππππβ£οΈπ€π€πππππ§‘πβ€οΈ

The Joy of Movement
When I was a little girl I remember coming home from school, around the age of 11 or 12, and turning on the CD player. I had a case full of CDs with music from every era (much gratitude to my parents for helping me accumulate my collection). I would come home and no matter what kind of day I experienced - good or bad, or somewhere In between, I would DANCE! I would dance myself into a sweat! I would dance to whatever tune the music crooned.

Removing Negative Blockers through Positive Affirmations
I remember when I first started to focus on using positive affirmations. It was pretty incredible how many people felt that they needed to be "real" with me when they said that "Just thinking positive is a waste of time,"

Why We Need To Be Wrong
Growing up, many of us probably remember a time when our parents were the smartest people in the world. They knew the solutions to all our problems, and they could take on any situation. But eventually, we began to realize that they didn't have all the answers. In our rebellious teenage years, we likely realized that not only were they occasionally wrong, but more often than not they told us to disregard their errors, and take their opinions as valid prima facia. However, despite how young people often see adults as authoritarians, their life wisdom more often than not proved them correct when it really counted. Finally, when we become adults ourselves, and the people who have guided our lives have grown old and grey, it finally dawns on us. Those adults were just like we are, and nobody really knows exactly what they're doing.

There is no competition!
In life we all seem to have this way of looking at other peoples lives and comparing their own life to someone elses and its been made easier to do this now because of social media. We scroll through Instagram and see beautiful women with brand deals, who are building their own companys and going on amazing life changing hoildays and wonder how and why that isn't us or guys see other men buliding companys and getting amazingly expensive cars and having the hot girlfriend that everyone dreams off and wonders why it not them. Here's the thing that could be you. It'll take hard work and you'll need to educate yourself on business and investing, there will be bumps in the road and days you wanna give up but you get there but at the end of it all you will realise you were only in competition with yourself, you had to better yourself in order to be the better version and bet your old self at life.
