Over time this also damages the heart and arteries, the brain, the nervous system, the eyes and the kidneys.

Blood sugar issues tend to make you gain weight, have cravings for sugary foods and make you feel fatigued and tired on a daily basis.

1.Cinnamon

Cinnamon Start eating fresh or powdered Ceylon cinnamon every single day.

This spice contains natural compounds that help your insulin move sugar out of your blood, to get levels under control.

2.Chromium

Chromium You can take chromium picolinate as a supplement to help the sugar in your blood more sensitive, so that it can be moved into the cells easier.

Chromium is a powerful trace mineral which also helps to maintain your normal body weight.

3.Low Carb

Low Carb If your blood sugars are high, follow a low carb diet plan such as Keto, whilst eating lots of cruciferous vegetables.

This can help to prevent prediabetes from worsening into type 2 diabetes.
