What are the effects of dating platforms on human interactions?
Why are singles drawn to online dating in increasingly large numbers? There could be any number of reasons. What could be more convenient than signing up for a dating platform like https://www.fatflirt.com, then browsing through a selection of singles who are all eager to be contacted by potential suitors? If you’re seeking partners from further afield than the clientele sharing your favorite singles bar, Internet matching can pair you with individuals from a dizzying variety of cultural backgrounds. There are many more aspects to this ever-popular socializing activity, but here are the main effects dating sites are having on human interaction in the 2020s.

Cue Cards for a First Date?
Despite having 'boyfriends' in middle school, I never had a first date until I was almost 25 years old. We met on a dating app called Hinge, near the beginning of October. I had just started my teaching degree, and he was a truck driver. Between my schoolwork and other commitments at the time, plus the fact that he got sent on a job further away for three weeks, we ended up texting back and forth for a month (with one phone call on Halloween) before we officially met.

What's Your Love Language? Does Love Language Have to Match?
Does your S/O give you the attention you feel you need? Well I would hope so because if you just answered that with a no, I fear then you may have some reanalyzing to do! Of course, if we are with the right person we feel loved, safe, and satisfied. My question however is not if you feel you have been getting the attention you feel you need but are you getting attention from your S/O in the way you need/want it? Do your love languages match? Is it a problem if they don't?

"No one loves you more than they love themselves, remember that."
Most people who would love themselves are doing well. "All my life I have longed to be well collected, well laid up and carefully preserved. Lest I be frightened, lest I suffer, lest I be displaced from place to place, lest I be left without a branch."

As I get deeper, in this history book I am writing on a silent wall, I am starting to heal quietly; things are beginning to shift, inside and out of me, strengths and weaknesses are having in- depth conversations, while I sew away at this heart. As I settled on my feelings about this weekend, I found that the issue was not surfaced level, it was yet another deep rooted layer in my healing journey, and I've been in front of this computer trying to translate it into writing all day.

The Four Essential Cs of Human Relationships
A relationship is defined as "a connection, association, or involvement" between people. I am related to my parents - my father's sperm and my mother's egg brought about the requisite biochemical reactions that brought me into this world 9 months after.

Falling in love..
I’ll start off by setting the scene and telling you about the “situation” I found myself in a few years go.. The year is 2015, Id just turned 19, I was doing a graphic design course at college and got myself a weeknd job behind the bar of a local pub. I was extremely shy and it was probably the best and worst thing being put behind the bar and just being left to it, confidence wise. Anyway, while working there one day I noticed this man come in, I mean, he’d been in before, but for some reason I was just drawn to him. So fast forward a year and we’d got quite chatty and friendly, things were going well as far as I could see. He came in one Saturday night, he wasn’t going to meet some friends as it was his birthday but wanted to see me first, it was his 50th, but despite there being 30 years between us, I had never, and still haven’t, connected with someone so easily and naturally before. Little did I know in a couple months time all but one of my “friends” wouldn’t stop talking to me because I was with “an old man”, I moved out from my parents, family said some harsh things, but I knew at the end of the day, I wasn’t hurting anyone, I was happy, and standing my ground everyone would see it “wasn’t just a phase” or “just a fling”. So here we are, 4 years later still going strong, family are slowly getting there, I get they think it’s weird, but I don’t expect them to every fully get it, rather just be civil.
