We Have the Dream 2
Born on January 15, 1929, was A Martin Luther King Jr. whom one day would share with the world a world changing outlook on how people should treat and respect each other. Which then took place August 28, 1963, where he delivered a life ending speech. Today we stand in the year of 2022 where that vision is still taking its time to settle into embracing the world with its meaning from the message. Dr. King was a Capricorn full of consideration for his people, The people of the world! My mother was two years from being birth into this world and then I came in 1986 where I dreamt of my own; A Dream as well as Martin Luther King Jr, I want to share. So, how it starts off is as a child growing up in foster care, being a witness to many fascists of abused women, men, children. Starting from within their very own homes, schools and even public outing's. Even experiencing my own share of that physical abuse from all aspects. The process of my dream at that time starts to chemically form itself unconsciously. Placing myself as direct contact to help younger children then myself as an advocate in summer youth programs like S.T.Y.L.E.S. Which'd helped children like me with issues at home or anywhere else in life. Later On, I felt like this was not all to my journey. Attending college for Criminal Justice went to school for Psychology Pre- Counseling starting in 2019. Now in 2022 I have planned to become a multi-business owner where I would like to consider all emotionally, economically displaced individuals. The rights of these individuals are unequally divided as well as stagnated. Life for these persons is harder to live successfully and because I myself went through the steps I have envisioned a place where they can be valued, educated, protected emotionally, protected by having resources that will build them rather than segregate them. Taking these steps to open a restaurant that will give these people a chance to be able to focus on one personal build up at a time as well as have that support system that is stable no matter what age you are or grow to be, this system will remain. The food offered on the menu implements health management that will help reinforce cognitive thinking, productive decision making and stable support on daily life values. Learning that when hungry or not eating right is a physical downer in itself. Not having family or friends also creates mental health slowly but surely. Just like Dr. King Jr. I want all of us to be able to have equal rights to life. A balance and fair chance at life changing opportunities by helping the world become aware of areas that are not as strong as they can be. Positivity and love help deals with this man-made disease. Usually, ignorance is the cause and effect of inequality, once the restaurant hit a level of support, I will then expand it into a club/ lounge where numerous of classes will be offered to help educate, then to hold food and clothing runs to the less fortunate as well as support groups where we will help satisfy the needs of the community. In this vision I do not have a pick of whom could be helped or who should assist in helping because as a melting pot state of NY, I believe as well; "It takes a village to raise a child". And in this case, we have many to start with. My dream to help the world with hungry, quality of life, education and just regular support systems set in place of never failing in life. Even though this is a long thought-out process in the meantime food help connects all the people that want to see a change as well. In the loving memory of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. I have a dream to also help the people of the world no matter the color or their situation if I cannot offer it directly, we have each other. It not what you do today but what you can do every day that will one day at a time change someone else life for the positive. HAPPY DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING Jr. DAY

Signs of Emotional Neglect in Your Relationship
Emotional neglect is an inability to be present with one's partner. It's an absence of caring, inattention, and connection that your partner craves and longs for. While ignoring, dismissing, or rejecting the wants and needs of your loved ones may result in a feeling of power and control, it ultimately leaves that individual feeling alone, rejected, hurt, and lost. Like a growing tumor that grows undetected until it manifests itself with symptoms, emotional neglect festers inside you, filling you with feelings of anger and resentment that can quickly turn to violence towards yourself or others if left undetected.

Three Things Every Woman Wants
Making a woman happy seems impossible. We are so complicated, right? The truth is, we are a bit complicated if you look at each nuance that makes us a female. We notice small things that can indicate something is wrong, from the color of one's skin, to the infliction in a voice, to the temperature of someone's forehead. We then run through one thousand and three scenarios attempting to figure out what has caused the change, diagnose it and find a solution. Just like men, we want to fix things. The difference is that women need to fix emotional and physical ailments within other people and men have an innate need to fix the material things we rely on for basic survival.

SLEEPLESS AT WARD 20
Sleeping Little Angel is the simple picture of us in our dreams. Our brain put the body a rest while repairing and upgrading the other functions of our human organs. Medically it is the time we do not remember anything at the first phase of it then the second stage everything fetched from the old memory is revised and dreams are created related to those events. We always take normal things in life for granted e.g. eating, walking, talking and sleeping until things go wrong. We suddenly realise life gifts to our body should not be taken for granted. When a night of good sleep happens mind and body together work to relax, refresh, meditate and rest. If sleep deprivation occurs may cause major health problems. A severe case is called Insomnia. One can not sleep properly stays awake. The solution relies not upon improving the hormone balance in our body by chemical adjustments also on physically improving the bed, mattress, room design environment etc., Under normal circumstances, the night is a period of the day we sleep and give chance to the brain to process daily information, relax nerves, muscles are sort of paralysed and we are in darkness till we ideally wake up 7/8 hours later. I am one of the lucky ones not to have a sleep problem. My problem with sleeping occurred when I spent a period of time in hospital to recover from an operation of the oesophagus.

About the Role of Forgetting or Why We Remember Selectively
Many times, we complain that we do not remember the things we need and force our memory, sometimes in vain, to obtain information that has been accumulated for a long time and that we do not know when and where we lost it.

Jealousy: When Does It Become Dangerous?
To have a relationship means not only to have the love, appreciation, and company of the other but also to "enjoy" his whims, pretensions, and fits of jealousy. Certainly, all people who have had a stable relationship know what they are talking about and have known, in a more veiled or more pronounced form, jealousy. And jealousy, in large doses, can be fatal.

Don't Be Modest.
Have you praised yourself recently? Have you bragged about some of your accomplishments? Are you being modest? I get it. I humble myself all the time because gloating is frowned upon. However, I think 2022 came in rough for almost everyone and we could use some self-appreciation. So, today is a great day to toot your own horn!
