A Story On How I Met The Love Of My Life
"So why don't you propose to me?" This was what she told me on the first date. It was not actually a planned date though, we just had plans for a formal meetup after the high school ended. She had already got admitted for her Bachelor's degree and I was still trying to figure out what to do with my life. She made me speechless with this question. I mean I liked her a lot and had a huge crush on her during my college days but I don't think I was ready for something like that. I had never thought of being in a relationship for my whole life. I don't even remember now how and what I replied to her this question.

Political Reformation in the Arab World
In the last few decades, most countries around the world have experienced major political revolts, all in a bid to oust tyrannical rulers, who have sunk their countries into havens of corruption, nepotism and other ills associated with bad governance. The revolts chiefly originated in Eastern Europe, where angry activists toiled hard, to uproot these autocratic rulers, and their regime of corruption and non-democracy.

Definition of the Religion as a Form
World religions are numerous and different in beliefs and convections. However, according to theological principles, religion diversity is rampant in modern societies. Religious leaders and sociologies often ask questions on whether there is a popular religion. The major idea is the fact that religious diversity challenges the prospects for religion understanding.

Relax, Relate, Release and Repeat
Twenty-twenty-two. It takes two to make a thing go right. Not this year. It takes two to make it out of sight. No. Nada, New year. New plans. New mantra. One is the only number that I’ll ever know. And it’s not a lonely one. It's all about me this year. I'm relaxing, relating, releasing and resting some more. Hit Repeat. My new yoga position is resting human. I'm revving up my engines and refreshing my brain, body and soul. It all begins with zoom online courses. I've signed up to participate in four Brain Blast challenge classes. These interactive brain game exercises will ‘jump start my brain's super pathways and shake off the winter cobwebs.’ I'm challenging my mind and my brain will thank me. Less stress equals more exhaling and relaxation. It’s all about me so let's explore music next. I'm taking the Sound and Vision series to explore the history of musical scores from some of my favorite films and learn about some of the current composers who shaped the way stories are told into movies. I'm going to learn about award winning scores, famous black film composers, and famous women film composers. These classes suit me since I’m the movie Soundtrack queen. Bring on the music! The next class I'm taking is The Science and Mystery of Sleep to explore some of the late findings on sleep through fantastical, handmade bedrooms created by visionary artists as a personal refuge. Presented by the American Visual Arts museum; I'm hoping to get some great ideas about redecorating and revamping my bedroom to get more sleep and rest. And after a restful sleep, let's play games. I'm taking three online Bingo classes. G 47 B 11 G 20 I 19 Nin 39 O 70 …BINGO! I'm going to win. Just watch me! The next class I'm taking is a journaling class. It’s called Creative Writing which encourages creative expression through end of the week free riding. In each session, participants are given writing prompts to explore and share with the rest of the class. This is a fun way to express yourself and get writing feedback from peers. Our first prompt was “What’s on your mind?” My response was:

All work and no play made Robbie a dull, inefficient, and unsociable man
The plaque "Miles to go before I sleep" arrogantly stares at me, hanging from the cyber yellow colored wall right in front of my office desk. I, however, barely get the chance to look at it as I remain submerged in a pile of files and a computer screen. Poetry and my current lifestyle do not go hand in hand. But poetry used to be a huge part of my student life. When I joined the company as an intern, after graduation, I fell in love with the Robert Frost poem "Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening". It was probably the last poem I read seven years ago.

Sleep sweetly, dear empath
“In time, you will learn to untangle the tongue, To face the truth that’s been living in your throat.” The words by Upile Chisala are what I commit to resolve this year. To untangle my tongue and learn and say the things I've been meaning to say.

Rejuvenating "Me"
Too often, I’ve found myself being pulled in a hundred different directions where there never seems to be enough time for "me" between the many responsibilities clamoring for my attention. Try as I may to fulfill all these expectations, most times I somehow end up being left exhausted and yearning for something that will give me reprieve from the endless lists of things I must do.
