I enjoy writing and have for a very long time. I think I have a knack for it, just no direction. I prefer to write erotica. Other styles to keep my brain fresh. Enjoy reading my work.
I'm Not Sad. I'm Depressed.
I’m not sad, I’m depressed. Those that have never experienced depression, don’t understand how they aren’t the same and those that know, know. Depression is different for each person and it affects everyone differently but one thing rings true to anyone that has ever found themselves depressed: it doesn’t mean you’re sad.
I Was Canceled.
I was canceled, banned, removed, deleted. I’m gone. A few days ago, I logged into my Wattpad account to check my statistics on my reads and I was doing well. My story, My Bestfriend has broken 50K reads and was sitting at 52.8K reads, the last time I had checked it. The “hidden gem”, Dirty Little Secrets, was still making a mark, with over 6K reads. My other stories were doing okay; as they have been. In the last 3 months, I have averaged 200+ reads a day... which to me... was absolutely amazing. The growth at which I was gaining readers was astonishing. I was overjoyed and really honored, to say the least. That afternoon, I went to log back in to check my stats (I’m a little addicted to watching stats, sue me) and I couldn’t log in. I received this notice: The username or email address you provided is not associated with an active Wattpad account. What? I know that my username, email, and password are all correct because I keep them written down in my notebook so I ALWAYS have them readily available for when I time out and need to log back into sites. I decide to follow my link that I have saved to my Wattpad profile and, yet again, I receive a notice: User not found. This user no longer exists, or is only visible to a selected audience.
The Scarlet Valentine
Valentine’s Day isn’t something that Marcus and I are too fond of celebrating. The restaurants are packed, the menus are limited, and everything is over-priced for a Hallmark holiday. It’s a national competition to prove who loves who more and we just don’t buy into it. However, this year, we’re involved with Kati so you could say I’m actually excited to celebrate Valentine’s Day today.
Don't Be Modest.
Have you praised yourself recently? Have you bragged about some of your accomplishments? Are you being modest? I get it. I humble myself all the time because gloating is frowned upon. However, I think 2022 came in rough for almost everyone and we could use some self-appreciation. So, today is a great day to toot your own horn!
I Steal Glasses
I STEAL GLASSES. There, I said it and I am not ashamed. Let me explain. No, let me enlighten you! My husband and I have been together for 15 years. Dates are important to us; to all relationships, including friendships. A date, whether good or bad, is a chance to focus on one another and to create a memory. As long as you are with someone that you love, the date can’t ever be that bad. I love making memories, especially with my husband, and when we have a great time at dinner during one of our dates... I steal the glass!
I've always felt safer in small towns. I grew up in one and now, I raise my children in one. There's something comforting about shopping at the local grocery store. Employees may not know you by name but they always know you. They ask about your day and family. They ask small talk questions but not because that's their job but because it's what you do in a small town. Usually, you'll run into someone you know whether it's a friend of yours, a co-worker or even one of your child's teachers. I always feel safe in my little grocery store... until I didn't.
Marcus and I had just finished a delicious dinner and we were outside waiting for our Uber. We have been drinking so we were getting a little handsy. He was leaning with his back against the wall. I was pressed into him. Caressing my ass with his hands, I could feel his cock beginning to swell. Grinding against his erection, my phone vibrates. Refocusing to my phone, I see that it’s Kati calling.
Ditch Weed to Dispensary
Cannabis has come from brick weed to brick and mortar. Medical marijuana is on a rise across the states and it’s followed shortly by recreational legality. States are benefitting from the legal pot and people are getting the help that they need without the use of pharmaceuticals. You can walk into a dispensary and get anything THC or CBD related, at any time, as long as they’re open. It’s magical.
Because I'm A Writer
A month or so ago, I had the idea for a random article. The subject was the evolution of marijuana and how's it's gone from ditch weed to dispensaries. I reached out to a few of my fellow potheads for their insights on the subject and I gathered my own thoughts.
