Most of us have, at one point, experienced some form of sex education in school. My experience was crap. Real crap. Not only was it vague, it was rushed, it was weird and it wasn’t captivating. It was a scare tactic for a bunch of disinterested, immature 10 year olds. That’s sadly echoed around most of the western world, and instead we learn more about sex from our family, our friends and increasingly the media – not to forget porn.
Weird Facts About Modern Day Sex

You might recognize some of these facts—maybe you’ve even experienced it yourself—while others will leave you picking your mouth up from the floor. I’m not saying that these weird facts are bad or anything, but they are surprisingly strange. Don’t be a prude and embrace your inner freak, we all do it.
George GottPublished 8 years ago in FilthySex Fears We All Have

Throughout life, as humans, we are constantly being bombarded by insecurities that make us feel less than. One of the most dreaded fears a person can experience is when it comes to sex. These sexual fears can make people feel defeated and inadequate. Sexual fears aren't always visible, and you may not even know you have them sometimes. They can take cover deep down inside your subconscious mind and as a result, you might find yourself avoiding sex altogether. You might be a person who has never had sex or has had a lot of sex or somewhere in the middle. If these sexual fears are getting in the way of you having a well balanced sex life then that's a major problem.

Porn: the word itself strikes a sword in people’s perceptions; We can safely say that its one of the words in the English language that could potentially be black listed. Most people in polite company and conversation tend to refrain from using the word. But what caused this stigma to be attached to a simple four letter word? They say 80 percent of the internet is made up of purely pornographic material. Before we can begin searching for the reason that, despite the media saturation, the word is taboo, we must first ask the more important question: "What exactly is porn?" How did we end up with that terminology? And to answer that question, we must take a journey back in time to Ancient Greece, as surprising as it is, but not really, as most words in the English language are derived from it.
Filthy StaffPublished 8 years ago in FilthyEveryone is a Little Bit Gay
Living as a gay person you get to see another side to life that most never get to experience. My experience as a gay man, when regarding sex, has been that everyone’s a little gay, even if they won’t admit it out loud. Since my sexual awakening I’ve been with both men and women intimately, and everyone of them seriously just wants to get there rocks off. Gender, for the most part doesn’t matter. Also when I say ‘everyone’s a little gay’ I mean, it doesn't necessarily mean you are literally having sex with the same sex, but rather, most people will exhibit gay characteristics, behaviors or openness whether sexual or not. There is a broad spectrum from little bit gay and being open to on the down low gay to being an out and proud friend of Dorothy.

We all know a long list of insulting ‘four letter words’, some more impactful than others. However, in today’s society, one stands out to have deep social impact with a multitude of meanings; from degrading a woman’s status derived through her sexual life to a generic ‘throw-around’ insult much like any other.
Signs It's Time to Break Up
We have all been there at one time or another, either as the "breaker upper" or the “broken up with”, regardless both positions can be difficult. For some couples, a break up may come from out of nowhere, leaving one of you distraught and confused, or perhaps the breakup will be a mutual agreement and the best decision for both of you. Looking out for warning signs is a good way to predict if you and your lover might be on the outs. You can use these signs as motivation to communicate and work through your issues or as an awakening that will finally push you to move on. Whatever choice you make, remember life is too short to spend it fighting and unhappy and even the worst relationships leave you with something; a new found outlook on life, love and most importantly yourself.

Sex is a part of nature. I go along with nature. -Marilyn Monroe Humans have been doing it since the dawn of time. But just how much has the act really changed through the millennia and even throughout the past decades? Are humans doing it more? Are we doing it better? Sort of, say scientists and historians. History and science are the only ways we can determine if it has. Humans have basically been the same anatomically for about 100,000 years, so far science thinks, so it’s safe to say that if we enjoy it now, then so has everyone in past that has dipped their toe in the sea of love has too.
