Gifts For a Kid Who Has It All
Gifts For a Kid Who Has It All I have put Christmas shopping off a lot more than I should’ve this year. Normally, I buy things all throughout the year. Obviously, 2020 has not been a normal year for anyone. Since I put it all off until the (almost) last moment, I have found myself racking my brain on what I should get my daughter this year. Her room literally looks like a toy store exploded, so before I started any shopping, I went through her room and had her pick and choose what she wanted to keep and what she wanted to give to some kids that can’t afford to have an kind of extravagant present mountains on Christmas morning. Surprisingly, she donated a LOT more than I thought she would, so that made things a lot easier for me.
Is Black Friday worth the headache?
Is Black Friday Worth the headache? Black Friday has a mixed reputation. I've heard more negative comments about this specific day than positive. Sensitive Skin on a Budget

Can't buy Christmas presents? Think again
Stressing out about Christmas? This time of the year is so wonderful and cheery, until we stop and remember that a big part of Christmas is gift giving! Obviously, spending money isn't the point of the holiday... but our kids will debate that with you. We tell them all year round that they can wait until Christmas for a certain item and then when it rolls around, we still can't afford it. It can be more stressful for those of us with offspring and live in or below the middle class standard.
"The Extinct Angel" review
Charlotte Perkins Gilman wrote this short story in reference to "The Angel in the House" by Coventry Patmore in 1854. Many authors and publishers took to this poem and wrote their own responses to this "Angel." Gilman started her short story by poking fun at the idea of the Angel and mocking the origin of it.
