Every year Superbowl Sunday is watched by millions of people around the world, and of course, no Superbowl Sunday is complete without food! This year, in honour of The Weeknd headlining the half-time show, we decided to theme our menu in honour of this occasion. The Weeknd is the first Canadian performer to ever headline the Superbowl half-time show, so it was only fitting to celebrate the day with some Canadian favourite dishes and drinks!

I’m a sucker for appealing homemade food recipes, especially those of the appetizer and comfort food varieties. Bonus points if the author creates an aesthetically pleasing article, complete with attention-grabbing, mouthwatering photos. It makes me want to plan a party, invite all my friends, fill my kitchen with delectable homemade creations, and turn on the 65-inch flat screen my fiancé insisted was a household necessity.

Simple Jalapeno Popper Wontons
Everyone's had a regular jalapeno popper. Every restaurant out there has one and going to a party you are sure to have yet another sad jalapeno popper. The cheese is either too crunchy or the jalapeno undercooked. Just isn't overall satisfying.
