Perogi!
Poland has a rich food history and a great deal of influence on foods in surrounding countries. Old Polish (prior to the intrusion of Christianity in the 10th Century) cuisine has its roots in foods found from the forest- wild game, mushrooms, fruits, and herbs, and Poland’s geographical location affected its cuisine immensely. Since then, the food culture has evolved because of the influences of the Catholic Church. The institution of Christianity in Poland had an enormous impact on traditional Polish foods. In this essay I will explore the original Old Polish cuisine, and explain how the coming of Christianity in 996 A.D. and Poland’s geography have impacted food cultures in Poland.

Summer
I was 4 and a half years old when my brother was born. I was not at all happy about it. He was a chubby little thing with a perfectly rounded head and rosy cheeks that I would kissbite whenever mom wasn’t looking. He would cry of course and mom would say that she was going to put him outside in the trash can for the fairies to take him away. I actually liked the idea of that. I would ask her if they would feed him? I wasn’t evil after all.

Restaurant Review: Shades Bar & Grill
Shades Bar & Grill is a perfect example of how nearly aspect of life is better alongside Florida's Emerald Coast, especially on and near the varied communities of 30A. Here, even the burger stands and bars could stand up against the fanciest of fine dining establishments found in many other cities across the U.S., and there is no finer example of that than Shades Bar & Grill. That is because Shades is the type of place to host nightly chef specials which never fail to disappoint. It is a restaurant where even the most stereotypical of American meals are given the care, flavor and finesse to transform them from something average to something you will definitely be craving for many years to come. For foodies like myself, Shades is just as memorable as 30A's sunny days that people come the world over to experience.

Are You Selective In Your Choice Of Fruits?
I normally break my fast with fruits anytime I feel like eating. It depends on when I am hungry, but it is usually late mornings, as I practice intermittent fasting. My choice of fruits is those in seasons because I can buy them at their peak, and also cheaper than those not in season. I normally do not consider the sugar contents of the fruits that I breakfast with, but I try to avoid high acid fruits like lemon, pineapples, grapefruits and their family first thing in the morning. I only try to eat different variations in a day, simply because I believe in food diversity.

Mysterious Marigolds
My sister was impatient with my questions, but I needed her advice. I just had to know. "I don't see why you have to bring this up now. This is our weekly tennis game, and besides we're playing Paolo and his sister Francesca visiting from Italy. I want your head in the game. And can't you figure this out yourself?"
