Marie and Becky walked into the crowded meeting while chatting and sat down at their usual place. It was a very large meeting and often had a hundred people attend. After sitting Marie looked at the table at the end of the hall and saw cake. They only had cake at meetings when someone was celebrating their anniversary. And this meeting had the best cake. After she sat her pocketbook and water bottle down, she went over to the table and got a piece and then sat back down. She ate it in less than two minutes.

Poking the Bear
Firsts: Poking the Bear There are a lot of people out there one should avoid pissing off, I must have missed that day at school, for I continue to do such things despite the knowledge it could backfire on me. I’ve done my best to call out a lot of these bears, with words and actions and after a lifetime of doing just this, there’s no way I can quit cold turkey.

I Gave Up Drinking For 90 Days And Nothing Got Better
The previous twelves months have been particularly tough on most people so when 2021 dawned I thought I would do a “good thing” and quit booze. There are many websites, You Tubers and other sober experts who extol the virtues of quitting alcohol. My friends and family all swear by a Dry January and a Stoptober to prove their lack of addiction and how wonderful going alcohol free is. It was all so tempting and on Christmas Day I consumed my final glass of wine and looked forward to the dawn of a new dry life.

It first started when I was in college, a mere undergrad at a reputable university in Southern California. I looked at my peers with envy and admiration, cursing my poor genetics and blaming my harsh mother for causing me to have such an unhealthy relationship with food.

It's 2021, I'm 30, and I'm still into the bad-boy romance novel redemption arc.. Top Story - March 2021.
This might seem like an odd thing to "confess". But it's a confession nonetheless. A dirty little secret I keep to myself. I know I'm not the only one. Because these books are being published on mass and there are SO many chapter by chapter novel apps for this exact niche. It's romanticised in TV shows and film and runs heavily through traditional theatre.
