How I Met the Love of My Life
There are few very distinct memories in my life. I remember the moment I learned to ride a bike, and to swim. I remember my first day of school. I remember these things so vividly. I remember the moment I fell in love. It was overwhelmingly and blissful at the same time. Similar to the first night I was in her presence.
A Simple Guide to Living Green and Saving Money
With climate change threatening the future of our home, it is crucial that everyone do their part to protect and regenerate the earth. This means: limiting waste, recycling, composting, eating more natural foods, and avoiding take out. I have seen a lot of misconceptions about the true cost of green living. Individuals can live an environmentally friendly life, and as a result save money, and be happier people. These small changes can be made immediately to see instant results in both your surroundings, and your finances.
How to Boost Your Income in College
College is one of the most difficult times for adults financially. The tuition prices are outrageous and you can’t put as many hours as you’re used to into your job so your paychecks begin to get smaller. If you’re looking to make some extra money on the side you’re in luck. With a little help from technology it is incredibly possible to have a side hustle that may eventually produce more income than your job.
How to Become a Millionaire
I spoke to a few of my friends at a get together not too long ago and I was listening to their aspirations. Lots of them knew what they wanted to do but none really had an idea of how to get there. Of course, everyone wants to be financially stable. To do this you must know how to manage your money and build wealth, here is the less common methods I have been able to find.
The Truth About Peer to Peer Lending
Peer to peer lending sites connect people who need to borrow cash, with those who have extra to lend. Simplified, you act as the bank and profit the interest. The benefit here is that these companies have lower overheads, which allow them to offer lower interest rates. It sounds great in theory but when I took a deeper look and researched the fundamentals of these companies it raised concerns.
The Road to Riches
I have always wanted to be rich. When I was little, I would fantasize about all the glamour that comes with money. As I grow older, it centers around the freedom to travel and the ability to take care of my family. I didn’t begin to develop a plan for building wealth until I was 19 years old. While working a shift at my college library, I stumbled upon a book called Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiosaki, and like the cliche goes, it changed my financial outlook on life. I no longer wanted to slave away climbing the corporate ladder for a chance at the next pay bracket. I wanted to make money in my sleep. I wanted to make a genuine impact on my loved ones' lives and escape the stress of living below my means. So, like every hopeful entrepreneur, I got on YouTube and researched someone like me who started from nothing and they gave a step by step tutorial on how they did it.
