A puppet at a dead-end job
We all have jobs that make us feel as if we are undervalued, underappreciated, undermined, mistreated, and abused... but when you know you are one of the best employees at your company (if not the best), you expect to be recognized as such. If we lived in a world where employers would provide the same amount of appreciation as they do when they reprimand their employees for when they mess up, then the employees would probably do a better job or put in more of an effort to do a better job, but if the employer is constantly hounding you no matter how good or bad you are, then you feel there is no point to being a better employee. The purpose of this article is that I have worked for a company for over a year now, and have consistently been one of the top employees in my department, yet I have not received the recognition I deserve for all I have contributed to this company. I have bitched and whined to my colleagues about how I feel unappreciated, unacknowledged, and overwhelmed with the nagging from management about the most minuscule mistakes I've done in over a year, but have seen others cause so much trouble in a short amount of time but are still being patted on the back for "job well done". We truly live in a backward world where the employees that are an asset to the company are being treated less than the ones who are questionably still with the company.

Beauty in Photography
Appreciation for what we have Every opportunity I get, I will be outside taking a picture of the one thing in this life that is free; Nature. Mother Nature doesn’t care about looks, appearances, aging, nor superficial interests, she shows off all her beauty and all her flaws, and doesn’t cares what we think. Mother Nature bares it all with such grace that we can sit and stare at her for hours. At least I do. I have gone to the same places multiple times just to get a glimpse of the same view, because to me it’s the most beautiful thing I have ever seen! The beaches, the forests, the lakes, the drives down the coast… every corner, every turn has its breathtaking moment, we just have to learn how to take it in and appreciate it.

Here's The Buzz🐝: The Day I Found Love on Bumble
I would like to start by saying I am not sponsored nor am I sponsoring Bumble, but I would like to share my story as to how it all started and where I am today with my Bumble Journey. I am an old-fashioned girl that is used to finding love in person, I never believed in finding love online. I have dabbled in a couple of apps (tinder, mocospace, match, etc), and I had one success for which I was engaged after one and a half years of being with that person; but like any relationship, it had its issues, so we separated. Other than that, I was rarely interested in looking for a partner online and was never one for having a fling or any other than a serious relationship. I recently was feeling bored, I had just gotten out of a 2-year relationship, and was curious as to what the hype was when it came to online dating. I had created a few profiles on this app, met a handful of people, but there wasn't that spark nor attraction when I met them in person. Then I met this one guy that seemed like a sweet, decent, humble human being, he spoke about his vegan journey, politics, his time in the military, he had a boat on the marina... everything seemed perfect. I go to meet him in person, he was a gentleman helping me to get onto the boat, he bought us dinner, and had a great conversation. Further, into the evening, I told him that I was going to head home, he asked me to spend the night, naively I stayed... then things took a turn that I wasn't ready for considering we just met... he told me that he just wanted sex. I know it sounds naive of me that I wasn't expecting it, but I didn't think that men nowadays were so quick to jump into a sexual affair. Long story short, I ended up sleeping with him, we saw each other for a couple of other nights, and it ended shortly after. As soon as I thought I was done with this app, I decided to give it another chance without any expectations; I met the most amazing man in the world.

Tea Time Talk: Toxic Relationships 💔
Relationships are meant to be beautiful with that warm and fuzzy feeling in the depth of your, that makes you forget about all your problems. Who are we kidding, nowadays, having a relationship is like having a second job, being married without the rings or ceremony, having children when you don't have children... but, worse, you two are arguing, name-calling, seeing things in each that aren't there, or simply doing things to the other person that you know will hurt them. It's your typical, old-fashioned toxic relationship (queue in the horror movie music!) I have been in a few of them myself, but when you're in them, you don't quite see the reg flags that are right in front of you. So, how do you detect the signs, and how do you avoid them in the future, keep reading.

Let's Talk About It: Casual Dating
I have always been a hopeless romantic, wearing my heart on my sleeve, falling for everyone that comes my way, gave me a compliment and a bit of attention. I have always been in serious relationships, long-term relationships, and anything that resembled a stable relationship, but recently I have been dating a man that has asked to casually date me, and it has thrown me off my game. I didn’t know exactly what he was asking for, I didn’t know what it meant to casually date, on top of that, he said that he didn’t want to worry about “titles”. Being told this was something unusual, something new, and quite confusing, so I started looking into it. I went onto my social platforms (Reddit and Twitter) to get a better idea of what I had gotten myself into, and I received many different responses. I wanted to write about it because I know many people like myself are curious about the subject.

Straight Talk: Things Men Do That Women Hate
Men have this fantasy that life with a woman is supposed to revolve around the needs and wants of the flesh; women are supposed to constantly desire them or supposed to want sex all the time. Guess what, there’s things that y’all do that woman don’t like. Maybe if men took the time to ask what we accept or don’t accept, you’d know how to please us. But here are a few things that I personally don’t like, which I’m sure that I’m not the only one.
