What are Mind spheres?

And how do they help your mental health?

How did the Mind spheres of emotions increase our conversion rate?

I am the creator of the Mind Tracker service. Basically, Mind Tracker is a rethought diary of emotions. We released it a year ago. Keeping a diary of emotions is not easy at all, on average, you will feel the effect in 2-4 weeks. It’s really lazy and sometimes even infuriating to log in and mark your mood and emotions every day. Even though this is the first sign that the therapeutic effect is already beginning. But now less about the therapy itself, and more about how we tried to keep the users’ attention, and what we did.

In terms of business, we used some strategies from gamification and encouragement. For every 20 ratings in the application, the user gets an individual sphere of emotions (for now, I’ll talk about certain numbers, more details about the sphere of emotions below). We had a hypothesis that if the user is even a little rewarded for his efforts, then he will stay longer. And so it happened. R7 has grown by 20%, and most importantly, R30 has grown by 43%. Just as we were planning to increase the retention rate on the 30th day. Also, our virality began to increase, users began to share their spheres on social networks and with friends.

But the Mind spheres are not only about numbers and conversion. It's time to tell you more about what it is.

In a nutshell about Mind spheres

We have already been actively testing Mind spheres, or in other words, the Mind Spheres, for half a year so far, and not so long ago we released them in the Mind Tracker application.

The application collects data about your emotions, mood and events in your life during the week. Based on this data, a graphic representation of your emotional state is created in the form of a virtual sphere. Each neurosphere is unique, just like you. Let's say you had a great week: went on vacation for a couple of days to the sea, met with friends and finally got to Atomic Heart and completed it. Your neurosphere will display all the brightness of the emotional palette, and it will be full of colors.

We use advanced algorithms and big data processing techniques to transform information about your emotions. The color of the sphere is your mood lately. The sphere shape is your energy. The more energy you had, the more active the sphere is. Filling is your emotions.

Mind spheres are useful in therapy and simply pleasing to the eye.

The most important thing is your interpretation of the spheres. In other words, this is a new Rorschach test, but individual for everyone. Knowledge is directed deep into you. All that remains is the human-to-human connection. What do you see? What are your feelings? What bothers you? This is what matters most to you and your specialist. Listen to yourself, what emotions and thoughts come to your mind first?

When a person sees a visualization of their emotions, they also experience emotions, which stimulates additional reflection and introspection. This is especially important when the process becomes systematic and you begin to notice changes. For example, your sphere has become darker than before, new elements and forms have appeared - you understand that something is happening with your inner world. Perhaps without visualization, relying only on the subjective assessments of your emotions, you would not have noticed these dynamics.

It is also worth considering that emotions are inherently abstract. Visualizing and interpreting them can help you connect with them in a new way and understand their essence. Ultimately, this makes the process of self-knowledge deeper and more productive, expanding opportunities for personal development and self-improvement. By listening to their feelings and thoughts, everyone will be able to better understand themselves and their inner experiences.

Buddy, let’s exchange Mind spheres without looking, shall we?

Sometimes it is difficult to explain your condition in words but such visualization can help. You can ask your loved one to find similarities between you and your sphere. This is another interesting way of getting to know each other and your emotions. People always find patterns. And you may be surprised at what kind of connections your loved one will find. Or you can ask followers about it in stories. Believe me you will be surprised and get those insights that you didn’t even think about before ;) It’s about how the environment perceives you.

By this moment, users of the Mind Tracker application have already generated more than 8,000 spheres. Over 3,500 people shared their spheres. The only thing is that after clicking on the "share" button, we can not find out where the user sent his sphere. It can be either a personal dialogue on Telegram or a story on Instagram. We can no longer collect analytics after appearing system window that redirects you outside the app. We will be grateful for the advice though - is it possible to find out where the user shared the sphere without further issues?

On the one hand, we are surprised how often people share spheres. Initially, we did not make a big bet on this functionality. On the other hand, we remember very well when "auras" appeared in Spotify at the end of the year in the form of a color scheme - it was a sensation! All my stories were in these auras.

Experiment with it, you may find even more interesting ways of using Mind spheres. And there certainly are :) We are constantly trying to develop Mind Tracker. We read all reviews and try to respond to all. And always thank you for your feedback. We continue to make a product for you. More and better to come!
