Mid Life Crises? I Don't Think So.
...move towards living a life of freedom and creativity. When I began the journey, I felt like there was no way that I could ever go out on my own and live my dreams, but here I am, 2 months in, and I am finding a way to forget about the business of the day and actually move towards living a life of freedom and creativity.

Self love: Overcoming Negative Thoughts.
What do you think of when you think of the phrase “Selflove” ? I can tell you what naturally comes straight to my mind: Working out, eating healthy, taking care of my skin, drinking water, eating veggies on a daily basis, treating myself to a nice hair conditioner. In all reality, that list can go on and on.

Look at Me
Have you ever noticed those judged and misunderstood you are the people who knows nothing about you? I was so aware that whenever I'm in a big crowd and public places, there has a higher chance to be judged. But, if I mind you, I couldn't do what I want. I won't be enjoying and learning from every mistakes I've done with the life that I have. Most of them say that I used to speak in public. But in reality, there's a big lump in my throat. Finding Peace
We all just want to be happy. Happiness is sold to us, we are shown through ads, social media, TV, books, movies, all of it, we're told we need to keep chasing happiness. There's one more thing we need. One more eyeshadow pallet to make us beautiful, and if we're beautiful, we can be happy. If we're with the right person, we'll be happy. If we go to the right places, and see all the right things, we'll be happy. I have spent my entire life, chasing happiness. It's the only thing I ever want. Money comes and goes, friends come and go, I just fucking wanted to be happy.

So, like all of us, I wanted a change in physical appearance to uplift myself, but to also find a way to gain my power back.

Why I left my 9-5 job and moved to Bali!
Why I wanted to move to Bali - Escaping the modern 9-5 job There are many reasons why I decided to move to Bali, but let’s start from the beginning. A year and a half ago, I came to Bali for the first time on a very spontaneous, unplanned, and may I say quite chaotic trip. At that time, I had recently graduated from USC and found myself in a pretty common situation of any recent grad: I was overworked at a 9-5 job that I wasn’t passionate about and became bogged down with the post graduation blues. From being micromanaged by my boss to coming home way past dark, I constantly asked myself - “Is this all there is to life?”.

Twilight
I moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico from Baltimore, Maryland back in November 2019. I stayed with a few friends in Ojo Caliente for Thanksgiving, and then December to now I’ve been car camping. Some days I am able to get a hotel or hostel room. I have stayed with some friends I have made in town, but for the most part, it’s me, my Jeep and a sleeping bag.
