The Light at the End of the Carnation
In this picture you may see nothing more than a flower, and a obscure Yellow dress that I’m wearing. Although it seems bizarre and at best a mediocre picture; but this picture is so much more. It’s the epitome of when, so called “time freezes”. It symbolizes that moment when you just stop, and take in the beauty of the scenery or object in front of you.

Never too old to Dream
At the almost age of 59, slightly slipping health, this is the question I ponder today. It's been an interesting life, with a good balance of ups and downs. For a great number of years, things seemed to just fall in my lap. And I ran with it. Always meeting and getting to know more people, it has been wonderful that way. Went with the flow. I never really "planned". You see so many people at their jobs yet know so little, if anything about them. It has been wonderful to learn about individuals, get to know them on different levels, forming so many connections !

If they love you, they will give you your space
Often, we feel bad when we don’t do things for others. We give explanations for why we cancelled on dinner and we justify our sadness, and we think it’s fine to meet up with friends whom we’ve outgrown or old lovers who broke our hearts just because of our history. But by doing this, we’re being unfair to ourselves.

When You Suddenly Realize You’re Having One Of Those Kinds Of Days
Today is turning out to be one of those days, and It all started with breakfast and our bathroom shower. There’s a place where my wife and I love to have breakfast. It’s about fifteen minutes from our house, the food is excellent and the prices better. All of the staff know us by first name (yeah, we go that much), and we always clean our plates.

I Was Emotionally Destoryed!!
🙋🏾♂️There, Beautiful People of the Internet. I am writing this note to you on day seventeen of Feburary, day forty eight of twenty twenty, and day eighty two before my thirty sixth birthday. So here on this day, I decided I should take this moment to make a confession. I have not been well these past forty eight days. I have been trapped inside an emotional vortex, and like a rapped 2007 market crash, so were the days of my life. I found myself just going through the motions, trying to convience myself I was fine. I was like a dude on the field who was determined to play despite the ravaging pains. For forty eight days, I powered through confusion; through frustration, through anger, and YES.. For Forty eight days, I powered through Hurt.

be kind and create, or stay quiet
a TOOL : // || : One of the tools that we lack is how to adapt to changes and how to let go of our pain and suffering. For decades the ways of handling emotions were separated by genders. Men weren't allowed to show emotions because it was promoted that no man cries and emotions meant you weren't a man. Opening up and expressing emotions have always been looked down upon on. Whereas women were seen as hysterical and emotional beings. It's like gender has something to do with how we should handle or show emotions. When reality it doesn't matter what gender you identify as. It doesn't change the fact that you're able to feel emotions.
