On any path you take in Life, there is going to be a point where you get stopped.

It can show up in a variety of ways.

It can be simply being stumped on how to move forward.

It could be your plans not working out as you had hoped.

Maybe the path ends up being significantly more difficult than you thought it would be.

Perhaps the amazing progress you were making suddenly flatlines.

At that moment, you're going to get stopped.

That stop isn't the Real Challenge though.

Rather, it is what happens during that stop where most people have the most difficulty.

See, it is in the Stop where things become a Struggle.

The Struggle is the Real Challenge.

What do you do when you are faced with Struggle?

Will you sit with it?

Will you complain about it?

Will you allow it to stop you forever?

See, the Struggle is Inevitable in anything that we do.

A Life without Struggle does not exist.

Most people when first confronted with Struggle are unsure of what to do.

If you look at what others do against that Struggle, you'll find a lot of opinions and ideas, and not very many answers.

See, the Struggle is very strange because it is both Inevitable and completely Unique each time it is faced.

Due to that Uniqueness, there rarely is "one" answer, but there are significantly more possibilities that don't work than there are answers.

It puts us in an interesting position when we come face to face with that Struggle.

What will you do in the face of Struggle?

Sadly, a large portion of people will simply give up.

They ask, "Why face the Struggle?"

The Reason this is Sad is twofold.

That Struggle is Inevitable, so even if you decide to give up on one Path due to the Struggle, you will simply encounter it on a different Path.

However, perhaps the more Insidious Reason is known as Learned Helplessness in Psychology.

When you give up due to Struggle, you begin to "Learn" to be Helpless whenever you face Struggle.

So you will go down a new Path, face Struggle, Learn more Helplessness, and Repeat the Cycle.

Eventually, your life becomes a fraction of what is possible because you have Learned to become Helpless against all Struggles.

Now, this is a terrible place to be, but there is good news.

You can always Discover that you are Never Truly Helpless.

You will face Struggle, yes, and it may not be easy, but that is different from being Helpless.

Humans are more Powerful and Capable than we give ourselves credit for.

We will face Struggles, yes, but we have also Learned as a Society to Overcome so many Struggles.

We have Overcome things our Ancestors couldn't have even Imagined or Dreamed of.

That ability to Overcome still exists within all of us, even if we haven't used it often.

We can tap into that Power to Overcome, and it can open up new Paths.

This becomes the key to Struggle.

When we are faced with Struggle, it is not a sign that we are wrong, or that we aren't meant to go down that Path further.

That Struggle was Inevitable.

But when we come face to face with the Struggle, we must figure out how to Overcome.

Of course, you want this to be directed specifically toward the Goals you want - Struggling for something you don't want is not good.

Wisdom is to choose to Overcome the Struggles on the Paths we want.

But when we Overcome those Struggles in pursuit of our Goals, we begin to become better able to Overcome Every Struggle in front of us.

Others will look at you and say, "How did you do that? That can't be possible!"

But you will know that Overcoming the Struggle is "How" We get to our Goals.

You will know it is something Everyone has the Power to Accomplish.

They ask, "Why face the Struggle?" Lol, I'm guilty as charged. I know struggles are inevitable. I know that there is no life without struggles. I know that if I don't face the struggle on this path, I'd face it in another path. But, it'd be nice to have a life without struggles. Like I've struggled enough. I'm exhausted. So please tell the universe to have some mercy on me 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
