Originally a High School Literature teacher, Ms. Pham Thi Ngoc Cam fell in love with Yoga during her leisure time in retirement to practice physically. With the spirit of loving the teaching profession of a teacher, when she realized that Yoga has many health benefits, she decided to become a trainer for everyone.

In 2012, she opened Ananda Yoga Center Hanoi and taught until 2019. After that, in order to improve her skills and challenges, she turned to Aqua Yoga (practicing Yoga underwater). This subject is still quite new and has few places teaching it in Vietnam.

The first challenge Ms. Ngoc Cam performed was the Aqua Yoga poses floating on the water. Many people can do it floating on water for a long time, but floating to perform Yoga postures and maintaining balance while practicing is very difficult.

Not stopping there, Ms. Ngoc Cam continued the challenge with continuous rotation underwater. This movement requires the practitioner to maintain stable breathing and balance because it can easily cause dizziness when rotating.
