The Roundabout Stage. Content Warning.
Shaken awake by the potholed road, I force my eyes open as the hiss of the night bus lurches and stops. Groggy from the night and the hour from which I wake - only 2 hours away from sunrise. I begin my trek from the terminal. It might not be midnight, but there are plenty of streetlights from here to home.

Lesson 40 - I Am Blessed As a Child of God
As I study A Course in Miracles (see my previous post), and work my way through the accompanying lessons, I find it funny (funny interesting, not funny ha-ha) how each lesson is perfect for the day it is presented.

He finally reached his destination by the end of the day. He feasted on its grandma's delicacies for a week and enjoying too much , but now it was time for it to head home. This time jhindiya was scared so it told its grandmother the tale of his journey. Its grandmother had an idea so, she packed jhindiya in a cylindrical drum with some , a cup of water, halwa, some eating stuff and rolled it straight to its home. Jhindiya in drum reached its first stop which was the earthworm who asked "drum drum have you seen jhindiya" but the drum gave no reply, suddenly a light howl came from the direction of its grandmother's house so the earthworm headed in that direction thinking it was jhindiya, then jhindiya says 'chal meri damki damk dum kiska jhindiya kiska tu'(means lets go my drum),the black dog with white tail who asked "drum drum have you seen jhindiya" but the drum gave no reply, suddenly a light howl came from the direction of its grandmother's house so the earthworm headed in that direction thinking it was jhindiya, then jhindiya says 'chal meri damki damk dum kiska jhindiya kiska tu'(means lets go my drum)The drum continued to roll and roll again and again. To Get Your Health On You Must Sleep and Rest More, and Workout Far Less!
As with everything, there needs to be a healthy balance in life — not confusing balance with moderation. Both have very different meanings — one is vital and works and the other is a misconception and doesn’t work.

The Carb & Fiber Myth: Your Body and Mind Do Not Need Carbs or Fiber – Empirical Science, Facts, and Experts Do Not Lie!
Sadly, this latest attack on me and defamation of character was written by an educated man — a Ph.D. He is not a nutritionist but a microbiome scientist and says he specializes in “gut health.” He has not studied food as I have and condescendingly calls me a so-called “health guru.”
