Did You Know Red Meat Is Very Inflammatory - Apparently, But It's Actually the Opposite As My Evidence Shows!
The thought of meat sets anti-meat eater's minds on fire and fills them with anger.
There’s an astonishing problem in the world today. It’s near impossible to get your head around — it’s called “brainwashing.”
Popular organizations and publications whose teams strongly believe only in plant-based diets have no shame in spreading misinformation across their websites and social media platforms to scare you.
Yet they never provide any studies on humans proving their claims! They simply say what they think because that’s what they want you thinking too.
They’re manipulating and misusing their position of power to worry you into believing in something that’s not true.
Many of these high-profile and well-respected organizations list red meat in the top 4 of the world’s most pro-inflammatory foods.
Just like that — it is so as they say and they don't give hard evidence!
The vegans make up their own reality and believe it to
The plant-based cheerleading camp
Apparently, there’s even a subset of people who become inflamed just by talking or thinking about red meat.
Unbelievable, I know. But they say it’s true!
I thank Dr. Ken Berry for producing his video:
Red Meat is the healthiest thing you can eat. Period!
Please spend 5 minutes watching it — it’s an eye-opener and a much-needed breath of fresh air.
Even better, there’s a study published by The American Society of Nutrition carried out in 2021.
They provide rock-solid evidence — actual meta-analysis randomized trials on humans.
That’s the strongest form of evidence anyone can produce — human studies — not observational ones.
Their conclusion:
Red meat does not cause any form of inflammation in the human body. The American Society of Nutrition
There you have the truth.
And here’s a quick message to the doubters. There’s nothing anecdotal about this study, right? It’s serious science proven on multiple humans over time.
It also backs up all of my latest articles on the massive health benefits eating meat provides to the human body and mind, folks love to call “non-evidence-based” or “anecdotal!” That is funny.
Now, let’s take a quick peek at the big-wig organizations doing their utmost best to brainwash you:
1 — Consumer Reports
They say red meat directly triggers an inflammatory response in the body. Not “may” or “could,” it just does!
2 — Harvard Health Publishing
They say:
“Red meat causes inflammation.”
No explanation or evidence is given.
3 — Women’s Health Magazine
They list red meat as the 3rd most inflammatory food.
4 — GoodRXhealth.com
For them, red meat comes in at #4 on the inflammation scale.
5 — Insider.com
A publication read by millions daily claims red meat is the 2nd most inflammatory food source on the planet.
6 — The Cleveland Clinic
A world-renowned and respected clinic — surely, what they publish must be evidence-based and valid, but sadly, it’s not.
But they tell you red meat is the 3rd most inflammatory food you can put in your mouth.
And how do these organizations back up their misleading claims? With observational studies — not one single controlled human trial.
So, there you have it — the absolute hard truth. I know the truth can often be hard to swallow, but it’s better for you if you do.

Final Thoughts
The study conducted on hundreds of randomly selected humans, which The American Society of Nutrition carried out, is the only existing and up-to-date proper human-based evidence today. FACT!
Please be very careful about what you read and believe. As you see from the above list, those prominent organizations and publications do not have your health in mind.
There’s a reason 85% of vegans eventually go back to eating meat.
A lack of protein and too many grains, carbs, fiber, and sugar make you sick.
On the other hand, meat makes you super-strong in body and mind. The choice is yours.
