Imagine that you're floating.

Ahead of you, you see a vast orb of light.

Even though it is quite far away, it is so big that it encompasses almost your entire field of vision.

It may be hard for you to imagine this at first, but that's OK. Just keep going.

Now that huge dark clouds are rolling in, blocking your view of the Orb.

More and More join them until all you see is clouds. You are not able to see the orb, or any of the light emanating from it, at all.

These clouds are your grievances.

All the bad feelings you hold towards other people. All your regrets. All the circumstances that haven't gone in your favor. All the bad luck you've experienced in your life. All the pipe dreams that you hold onto, despite knowing they are impossible.

All of these are obscuring the light from you. They block it so much, that it doesn't even seem real. It doesn't seem like it could possibly even be there.

But it's not gone. It's just hidden. Hidden from your view

Hidden from your conscious mind.

Now start floating towards the clouds As you start to reach the first cloud, put your hand out to push it away.

Watch your hand, as it slowly pushes aside the cloud, Just as you would push, aside, a silk veil, or a light curtain.

As you do this, realize that it's just missed. Just water vapor it has no weight, no real substance even.

It's just illusion.

The clouds, no matter how real they appear, cannot stop you.

Keep going. Feel yourself being drawn toward the center, pushing past more and more clouds as you go.

As you draw closer, start to see the light coming through. It will be dim at first, but as you continue to get nearer, it increases in intensity, giving you more and more energy.

Becoming more and more real.

Now see yourself pushing that last cloud out of the way. You are so close now, you see nothing else. The light is so brilliant, so all-encompassing, that there is nothing else left to see.

Nothing else left to know.

Nothing else left to do, but absorb the light, and bask in its holy glow.

Feel the light coming from the orb start to envelop you. Realize that this light is love. And it is in you. It is your being and your purpose.

It is you and you are it.

As you enter the light, and become one with it, realize that there was never anything to fear. You were only deluding yourself.

You were choosing not to see The Light, and pretending that you couldn't see it.

Stay as long as you like in this peace and serenity, and know two things:

The light has been there always.

And it will always be there.
