Dopamine is a neurotransmitter which makes us anticipate rewards.It gives us the desire to take action to earn the exciting reward that's waiting for us.Dopamine plays a role in how we feel pleasure. It's a big part of our unique human ability to think and plan. It helps us strive, focus, and find things interesting.It is the force that makes us act.It is very useful neurotransmitter that help us to reproduced.Dopamine is a neuro-modulatory molecule that plays several important roles in cells. It’s made in the brain through a two-step process. First, it changes the amino acid tyro-sine to a substance called dopa, and then into dopamine.

It affects many parts of your behavior .It is an organic chemical of the echolocation and methamphetamine families. Dopamine constitutes about 80% of the echolocation content in the brain. It is an amine synthesized by removing a carboxylic group from a molecule of its precursor chemical, L-DOPA, which is synthesized in the brain and kidneys. Dopamine is also synthesized in plants and most animals. In the brain, dopamine functions as a neurotransmitter—a chemical released by neurons (nerve cells) to send signals to other nerve cells. Neurotransmitters are synthesized in specific regions of the brain, but affect many regions systemically.The brain includes several distinct dopamine pathways, one of which plays a major role in the motivational component of reward-motivated behavior.

It also plays a role in diseases that aren’t related to mental health. One of these is Parkinson’s disease. Another is obesity, which the American Medical Association classified as a disease in 2013.

Parkinson’s disease. Dopamine enables neurons in your brain to communicate and control movement. In Parkinson’s, one type of neuron steadily degenerates. It doesn’t have a signal to send anymore, so your body makes less dopamine. The chemical imbalance causes physical symptoms. These include tremor, stiffness, slowness of spontaneous movement, poor balance, and poor coordination. Doctors treat these symptoms with medications that raise levels of this chemical.

Obesity. Most of the time, if you take in more calories than you burn, you’ll gain weight. So why can’t obese people simply eat less and slim down? The answer isn’t that simple. They may face obstacles that others don't. They could have problems with their natural reward systems. This can affect the amount of food they eat before they feel satisfied. Imaging studies suggest that in people with this condition, the body may not release enough dopamine and another feel-good hormone, serotonin.

Dopamine’s claim to fame comes from its effect on mood and pleasure, as well as the motivation-reward-reinforcement cycle.

We know that dopamine serves many vital neurological and cognitive functions. Despite a lot of research, there’s still much to learn about dopamine’s interactions with other neurotransmitters and hormones.

we have seen how dopamine plays an important role from an evolutionary standpoint. You can think of Dopamine as the molecule of more.

Learning how to increase dopamine naturally is easier than most people think. In fact, many people might already be engaging in some of these activities and not even know it.

What’s even more interesting is that practicing healthy habits to increase dopamine are reinforced by the reward and motivation benefits of the neurotransmitter itself.

Over time, dopamine fasting may help break the classic conditioning response you’ve developed that’s contributed to unhelpful habits or excessive:

gaming

drinking

eating

social media or internet surfing

But coping with behavioral addictions, such as gaming disorder or internet addiction disorder, may require the support of a licensed healthcare professional.

9 Best Natural Ways to Increase Dopamine;
